"Fun in the Kitchen!

Our Pry 5 Pupils at NEST B Academy had an amazing time learning how to make delicious chin chin!

With the guidance of our talented teachers, the students got hands-on experience measuring ingredients, mixing, and frying their way to creating the perfect chin chin.

Not only did they learn a new skill, but they also enjoyed the fruits of their labor (or should we say, the crunch of their chin chin?)

NEST B ACADEMY Students Create Liquid Soap and Bleach!

JSS2 and JSS3 Students of Nest B Academy Master Practical Applications of Laundry Essentials.

Our JSS2 and JSS3 students recently delved into the world of laundry agents, gaining hands-on experience in producing two essential cleaning products.

JSS2: Bleach Production

Our JSS2 students successfully prepared bleach, understanding the chemical properties of sodium hypochlorite and its role in whitening and disinfecting fabrics.

JSS3: Liquid Soap Production

Meanwhile, our JSS3 students excelled in creating liquid soap, learning about surfactants, emulsifiers, and the science behind effective cleaning.

Through these practicals, our students developed essential skills in:

- Chemical handling and safety
- Measurement and precision
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Teamwork and collaboration
