WHEN LEADERSHIP BECOMES A BURDEN

The Leader is a reflection of the people he leads. Leadership can become a burden when the leader refuses to follow as he leads. When your followers become dissatisfy, the result is a change of attitude which more often shows their displeasure.
Happiness on duty is a key to actualizing positive results. The absence of this in your followers will lead to frustrating the plans and goals of the leader. Thus, the leader MUST be careful to recognize a dissatisfied follower and reincorporate same. This being that happy followership produces a happy leader.

THE LEADER CREATES THE ENVIRONMENT DOOR GROWTH.
Leadership is not the presence of fear in the followers not to make mistakes, but the absence of fear to be free to make mistakes and learn from them.
The leader creates the growth environment. This is the environment that encompass your followers in and out of your presence. If your followers grow in your absence, it means you have done a good job.

Think about this -"are your followers free to make mistakes? " If NOT then you don't have the growth environment.

The leader builds influence.
When your people follow because they love you, then influence is eminent. The leader without influence is only a boss, it means the people follow for wants. Build influence in your people and they will follow without any push.

THE LEADER, THE REVOLVER

LEADERSHIP IS TRANSMISSION OF PERSONALITY

Yes the leader revolves around his people. No one of your follower must be an island of itself. Your intention must spread round from top to bottom. The leader must understand that the smallest follower is a major catalyst for growth.
The growth process of the team is in circles, no bends, the edges are rounded. Know that you are part of the team, thus living like them is essential.

You can't be different from your followers, make them you and be them. Leadership is transmission of personality. Until there is no difference amongst you, then the process is not complete.

Communicating rightly is a key for effective productivity. When the leader speaks,he expresses his intent. It is the responsibility of the leader to hit the point at all times. You don't expect the people to interpret your intentions. A clear message yields maximum understanding of responsibilities.
Understand that speaking is an expression and talking is just an act. Note this,a clear understanding of the message,will definitely give a corresponding result.
