As our school resumes for the 2022/2023 session, we introduced our students to Universal Concept of Mental Aritmetic System training (UCMAS).
Ucmas is a training aimed at building student's critical thinking skills, improves learning concentration and focus, it boost mathematical accuracy and confidence in students.

On the 7th of July 2022, our students were privileged to attend the UYOCCIMA lecture event that hosted creative minds who exhibited their handcrafts and products.
Our school exhibited products from four major department in the school; ICT, Woodwork, Arts and Science department.
Products exhibited were: Art design portrait, Wooden/Ankara designed picture frame, Hand/Neck beads and Beaded Key-holder, Traditional design hats, Ankara design book cover, Toilet disinfectant (RISSTC IZAL), Wooden Serving Cart/tray, Technical drawing board, Reading Lamp(Made from locally sourced material), Student's WiFi Ongoing Prototype Project and our already coded AI-Robot kit was also on display.
All of these showcased our school as an institution that aims at training students to become self-reliant and problem solvers in the world.

TOPIC: LIFE SKILL AND WORKFORCE (PROJECT BASED LEARNING)

At the end of this Project based learning session, students learnt how to work as a team, think critically and develop problem solving skills for prompt implementation. And to Spice it all up beautifully, they were taught how to use the Google Jamboard to sketch up their ideas.

HIGHLIGHTS: They were divided into groups for their project generation and implementation.
