To express my gratitude to God for the immense knowledge addition, and growth in my life would be an understatement. As is evident in the pictures, the past few months have been a beehive of strategic growth activities.

First, I decided to enhance my academic prowess to the Doctorate strata, but while at it, I felt it wouldn't satisfy my cravings for strategic impartation to my generation, hence, I engaged in an entrepreneurship training from IbomLED centre, and Leadership course at the More Leadership Academy (MLA), and even an Addiction Recovery Training from the PACT Network. Guess what, it was a great decision.

On applying the tenets of wisdom infused in us at IbomLED centre and MLA, I had invites to position younger generations and some others in the light of rechanneling their careers for optimum productivity. The Fellowship Int'l Ministry (Mega Youth Week - Walking in Power Conference), God's House of Refuge (Career and Business Summit), and School of Mentorship (Graduate Advancement Programme) were the hosts and recipients of the knowledge.

More so, I had the privilege of grooming certain businesses for Women in the Beauty and Fashion industries under the SHE CAN with ICT initiative, as well as Womenprenuer, the CSR unity of LaBelle Consult Limited.

As much as I look forward to improving my prowess to be an asset to people, businesses, and ministry, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunities I have gotten to be a blessing to people.

The traits of great leaders, as envisioned by onlookers, are made manifest by the deliberate infusion of relevant character, attributes, and tenets of transgenerational leaders into the people they lead, directly and indirectly. As I tend to live a life worth of emulation and with tomorrow in mind, I have been once again reminded that the job of transgenerational leadership goes beyond a unilateral path, which must utilise all parts of a leader's anatomy.

I want to sincerely thank the MLA team (More Leadership Academy), packed with great and excellent minds, and most especially, the chancellor, Barr. Morgan Ekanem, for giving in to building lives, brands, and a society that radiates nothing but EXCELLENCE.
