An English president during an evening sit out with his wife jokingly asked the wife if she would cheat on him for 1000 euros, the first lady laughed aloud replying, "that's no money to me". After an hour, the president asked again, "would you cheat on for 100,000 euros?". Again, she laughed, re-affirming her stance. Then two hours later, the president asked her again, "would you cheat on me for 1,000,000 euros". This time, first lady didn't laugh, "this is serious", she thought, her response took about 30 seconds to come forth. The president thought to himself, "why the delay" then he came up with an answer: "Everyman has a price", he considered this price to be his elastic limit.
Could this be true?
Is there a point at which your level of integrity, satisfaction, faithfulness, devotion becomes weak enough to fall in.

To some, this elastic limit comes much faster while to others it takes a longer time.

Your fate is yours to create. Decision-making becomes easy when your values are clear enough.

No one but you

A president was buried in the morning and another sworn in that same evening. A footballer slumped and eventually died on the field and another was brought in to complete the match. An actor died while on a rolling set yet another was contracted to play the same role, see this list is endless.
This is what I'm saying, there's readily available person to be with your spouse if you aren't there, there is a replacement at your work space, there is someone awaiting to occupy that position you fancy.
Now here is my point, you have a replacement but all you got is YOU.
Now you know this, with all amount of energy, pursue who you are because when you are gone we won't have YOU again because no one can be YOU.

WW3 prelude - A short love story

For most people who may not understand what is going on between our Eurasian nations : Russia and Ukraine, let me tell you a moonlight story.

(Disclaimer: there isn't a literal moonlight as I narrate this tale).

Once upon a time, there lived two lovers (Russia and Ukraine) who were in a relationship (Soviet Union). They loved each other, thereby sharing things (cities and land space) in common.

Fast forward, the girl (Ukraine) wasn't interested in the relationship any longer with the guy (Russia) because she felt she needed more.

She (Ukraine) walked out of the relationship ( via independence) . The guy (Russia) was ok with this but couldn't hold it all together when he (Russia) learnt that his ex-girlfriend (Ukraine) was intending dating another guy (NATO).
He (Russia) decided that it's either he has her (Ukraine) or no one else would have her.

Now this guy (Russia) is angered, destroying and re-claiming what the lovers shared (cities and land space) when they were once in love, hmmmmmmmm, a typical action of a Nigerian ex-boyfriend🤣🤣🤣.

Now you have gotten a clearer picture because as my girlfriend would say, "most wars are birth from a story of when love don't love love".

For us as Christians, fasting works on us. It doesn’t make God change his mind in our favour. It doesn’t also weaken the devil. I would love to say this: “Fasting itself doesn’t move the hand of God. God already moved. Fasting builds us up. We could grow in faith and understanding when we fast and pray. (The use of “could” is deliberate “) When this happens, it’s easy to experience the supernatural…we see our expectations leaping to life, we see the devil defeated…it’s not the fasting itself, these things are responding to our growth in faith and understanding. Imagine a God who will finally agrees to help his children because they have not eaten.😁😆😆.
“This type goeth not out but by fasting and prayer” This wasn’t referring to the demon. This was about the unbelief and faithlessness in the heart of the disciples. Faith grows when we fast and pray. Things change when faith grows.

Ok, a quick one 🔥🔥🔥

A lady was fond of snakes and wanted to have one as a pet. Don't be scared, she wasn't a Nigerian. We Nigerians send our goodwill message to countries that have snakes as pet.

Back to my story, this lady finally got a python as pet. She loved it and fed it very well.

About a month later, the python started skipping its meals, and later didn't feed at all. Days went by and nothing about this changed.

The lady, being worried, visited the vet so as to know what's wrong with her pet.

After a cross examination, the vet told her that the python intends to feed on her, what!, I meant it intended to eat her.
The doctor explains that huge snakes usually starve themselves for days when preparing to have a huge meal.

Wow!!!, To you reading this, who has deprive his or herself or have been deprived of pleasure, connection, reward, love, association, and the rest, expect a huge success because it will be fine at the end, but if it isn't then know it isn't the end. Read again 👈👈👈

For a while now, when I meet people who are interested in working with me, be it music or academics, this happens to be my first question : What is the plan? A plan, my short and simple word for STRATEGY (this is long term).
Once a plan is defined, we are set to work. I prioritize plan to money because the price isn't money, it's work embedded in plan.

Perhaps, this would explain why my tiny niece (a year old) calls me TIGER 🤔🤔🤔. Why wouldn't she? When at one point she sees me play with her as her kid brother and in few minutes I'm up seriously studying, of course I should be regarded as this Asian ambushed hunting beast which has its urine smelling like buttered pop-corn(I meant the tiger).
My secret:
I have a way of knowing how to separate work from fun, to me it's natural. I'm not a fun freak but I play a lot (If you know you know).
Maybe, I'm doing what my profession (Accounting) demands: the entity concept or principle of divorced ownership where business is treated as being separate from its owner (now our non accounting folks have learnt✌️)

Why am I saying this? Just in case we have any business to run together and you see me being all serious about it, just recall I told you.
