"From my observation, professional teachers do not go around opening schools, majority of private schools today are owned by unprofessional teachers for the purpose of business. This is because a professional teacher will not be comfortable opening schools without enough facilities and employing professional teachers. A professional teacher should be able to tackle the student individual differences knowing that all students are not the same by just common interaction with the students. It is not possible to teach a class using just one method of teaching, variety of methods have to be embraced. It is one thing to be certified and another thing to be committed as a teacher for effectiveness. There is No best teaching method but today emphasis is on Activity based, Cooperative teaching, Instructional approach and many more". —DR.
