DISSOLUTION OF ASSOCIATIONS' EXECUTIVE OFFICERS ON CAMPUS

This is to notify all Schools, Departments and Local Government Chapters operating legally on campus that their tenure as elected executive has ended and are hereby directed forthwith. All students' advisers and the out-going executive officers are hereby directed to set up Electoral board that will conduct elections on or before 27th January, 2023 in line with the provisions of the Students' information handbook and their respective constitutions.

All associations' elections must be conducted before Students Union Government election otherwise such association will not be allowed to participate in the Students Union Government Parliament. Any election conducted without the approval of the Dean Students' Affairs will not be recognized. All elections must be conducted through SECRET BALLOT.

NOTE: Election monitoring team will be set up to ensure free, fair and credible elections and effective compliance with this directive.
