DIVINE SERVICE
Pictorial script from today's service

🌾✨ A Symphony of Harvest and Praise ✨🌾
With hearts overflowing and feet dancing with joy, the congregation came before the Lord, carrying the beauty of their harvest and the fragrance of thanksgiving.

Every smile told a story.
Every step echoed gratitude.
Every gift became a melody of praise.

We lifted our harvest to the One who gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater, rejoicing in His faithfulness through every season. What a beautiful sight—God’s people celebrating, giving, dancing, and declaring that the Lord has been good!

From the abundance of our hearts, we poured out our thanksgiving, knowing that every harvest is a testimony of His grace.

“The Lord hath done great things for us;
whereof we are glad.” — Psalm 126:3 🌾🙌🏽
A day of joy.

A moment of gratitude.
A harvest wrapped in praise.
To God be all the glory! 🙏🏽❤️

DIVINE SERVICE

SERMON: Elder S. A. Jacob
TOPIC: The Facts Of Life
TEXT: Acts 17:24-28, Gen 6:5-6, James 4:14

NUGGETS:
FOUNDATIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF LIFE
1. When the purpose of life is not understood, regret sets in.
2. When the purpose of life is not understood, life is lived as a burden.
3. When the purpose of life is not understood, disaster is inevitable.

WHAT IS LIFE ALL ABOUT?
1. Life is a gift.
* We are supposed to live our lives knowing that we are only given life as a gift.

2. Life is a privilege.
* This is because we are given life freely and not our rights but a privilege.
* We are not worthy of the life we live but God gives us freely so we should not take it for granted rather we should appreciate it.

3. Life is a seed.
* Whatever a man sows in life, he will reap.
* The life we live is planted as a seed and one day we will harvest it and face the consequences.

4. Life is a game.
* The way you live your life determines if you're winning or losing

5. Life is vapour (James 4:14)
* We should live our life knowing we are on the edge and anything can happen.

WHAT YOU MUST DO?
1. Ensure quality relationship with God
2. Ensure quality relationship with humanity
3. Ensure quality impact in life

Bible Reading

Acts 17:24-28

Acts.17.24 - God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

Acts.17.25 - Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

Acts.17.26 - And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Acts.17.27 - That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

Acts.17.28 - For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

DIVINE SERVICE
Worship session

As we celebrate the second harvest, our hearts are lifted in thanksgiving to God, the One who deserves all honour, glory, and praise. Our victory is not by our strength, but by His grace and faithfulness.

Revelation 5:10–15 reminds us that heaven is filled with worship, as countless voices declare the worthiness of the Lamb. “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain, to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing” (Revelation 5:12)

Therefore, as we congratulate and rejoice today, let our celebration become an offering of worship. To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise, honour, glory, and power forever and ever. Amen!

DIVINE SERVICE
🎵 Choir ministration 🎶

With hearts lifted and voices united, the Jubilee Assembly Main Choir, Youth Choir, and Sunday School Choir took the congregation into a beautiful atmosphere of worship. Their harmonious voices rose like a sweet fragrance before the throne of God, filling the sanctuary with melodies of praise, thanksgiving, and adoration.

From the richness of the Main Choir to the vibrant voices of the Youth Choir and the joyful innocence of the Sunday School Choir, each group ministered with grace and passion. Their songs touched hearts, stirred faith, and reminded the congregation of the unfailing goodness and faithfulness of God.

It was more than a musical presentation—it was a heartfelt offering of worship, as voices became instruments and every melody became a prayer ascending unto God.

LAWMNA TERRITORY
(One mission. A vast field. A growing work)

LAWMNA holds a foundational place in the history of The Apostolic Church Nigeria. Emerging from the early Apostolic work in Nigeria, the territory became a significant centre for evangelism, church planting and spiritual development, carrying the Apostolic message across communities and generations.

LAWMNA Formerly called LAWNA is Lagos and Western/Mid-Western/Northern Areas (LAWMNA), a child of a unification process. Historically, in order to unite and centralize the activities of the Church, the Parent Areas (Lagos, Ilesa, Zaria and Kabba) agreed and formed a platform then known as The Apostolic Church, Federal and Western, Northern Areas Council (FAWNAC) which was later changed to The Apostolic Church, Lagos and Western/Northern Areas (LAWNA) Territory in compliance with the spoken word of the Lord through prophetical ministry in 1969.

The Territory covers 27 states out of the 36 states of The Federal Republic of Nigeria and cover seven missionary fields overseas, making them the Largest Territory in the Federation.

Follow. Read. Glorify God

DIVINE SERVICE
THE WORD

Sermon by: Pastor E. O. Essang
Topic: Worship as the duty of the church (Part 3)
Sub-Theme: The worthiness of Jesus Christ as our redeemer
Text: Revelation 5:1-12

Nuggets:
WHY WE SHOULD WORSHIP GOD AS OUR SAVIOUR
1. He has the power to open the book and lose the seals. Rev 5:9

2. He is worthy as the lamb and the lion. Rev 5:13
* He is seen as the lamb because of the finished work he will do on the cross while he is considered the lion because he is considered our greatest defender and shield.

3. He is worthy as our redeemer. Rev 5:9
* By his death and resurrection, the blood he shed on the cross gives redemption to all who believe and surrender to him
4. He made us kings and priests unto God.
* Christ has elevated us to the status of kingship and priesthood which is why our words are law and everything we say, is recognised.
5. He is worthy because he resurrected from the death.
* His dead, burial and resurrection has given us victory and brought us fully into God's kingdom
