THE FRESHER'S WEEK DAY 3 ORIENTATION PROGRAMME

The S. U. G. Orientation programme continues today, the main goal of today's Orientation programme for the fresher's is to put in place the Mr and Miss Campus for the Fresher's and to educate them on leadership.

The teacher who's also a student of the school addressed the student by letting them know the importance and the role of a good leader of which is expected from them.

Also, the debate competition came up today between the Students of each school of (Education, School of Science, School of Languages, School of Voc. & Tech. and others) which at the end the First Position for Mr. Campus came from School Of Education in person of Afeez Yinka Oyegoke of English Education Department and Miss Campus from Education too in person of Christiana of the Educational Management Department

The winners were Celebrated and were awarded Certificate of Participation for the great works and being the winner

THE NUESA LIFTING OF BAN...

This is to inform the general public of NUESA, OSSCEILA that the ban for NUESA election is yet to be lifted... The NUESA Senate president said.
He added that until the official lifting of the ban, no aspirant should go beyond normal expectations.
He concluded by saying no Eksu students should pay the tuition fees until the increasement of the tuition fees is finally retify has they are working seriously on it.

INDECENT DRESSING.....

SAY NO TO WEARING OF INDECENT DRESSSES
ON CAMPUS.

When we talk about indecent dressing is the improper of bad manners way of dressing relative to the society or culture which is being commit in the society.

Indecent dressing is now a rampant issues among students in tertiary institutions between the boys and girls which is exposing their bodies and they think it makes them look beautiful such as wearing trousers, and skirts below their waist (sagging), singlet, Spaghetti blouses, low neck blouses exposing their breasts, transparent dresses, skirts and blouses, Reavealing attires, mini skirts, Bathroom slippers or bare foots, clothing, including T-shirts which displays s*x, violence, drugs, to***co, alcohol, death gang, or hate, slogans or pidgins, tight trousers and skirts, dresses or chains, hand bands, non natural colored hair, Tattoo with provocation writings or picture E.T.C.

This manner of indecent dresses have ruined many lives, family, marriages, carrier and future of some students and people in the society such as leading to prostitution, stealing, abortion, breaking up in some marriages, unwanted pregnancy, s*xual harassment, poor academic performance ET.c. This is the effect it has caused in the society and to the students in the tertiary institutions.

At times, the indecent dressses is not the fault of the students due to parental influences, a child community whether good or bad has a home as well as parent. The Environment has greater influence in the development of any child.

One major findings about indecently dress FEMALE is that, they have maladaptive ideas about themselves particularly believe that they are pleasurable and deserve to be treated as such.

The 21st century herald the emergency of the obrexiuos purported s*xual harassment to the female students in tertiary institutions in the manner of indecent dress.
