PRAY NOW
There are battles your children will face that your physical presence cannot fight for them. There are doors you cannot open, dangers you cannot see, and decisions you cannot control.
But you can stand in the place of prayer.
Remember Rebekah when Jacob was about to face the consequences of Isaac's blessing? She said:
«“Upon me be thy curse, my son.”
Genesis 27:13»
How many times have you deliberately made out time to pray for your children?
Pray over their lives.
Pray over their friendships.
Pray over their future.
Pray over their character.
Pray over their purpose.
Pray that they will know God and walk in His ways.
Don't wait until there is a crisis before you build an altar for your children. You won't like it.
Your child may not understand today why you spend so much time praying, but one day, the results of those prayers may become their testimony.
Parents, let's return to the altar. Our children need praying parents.
