This year's World Environment Day came up a couple of days ago; precisely Monday June 5.

The theme for this year was; SOLUTION TO PLASTIC POLLUTION.

To mark this all important day Caleb and Sophia International Nursery, Primary and Secondary School Omagwa, embarked on a massive community sensitization.

We went round our host community, picking up improperly disposed plastic bottles, and sweeping the streets. We know that a healthy environment is the key to a healthy body.

1. Avoid giving your children so much of junk food, make sure your kids have proper balance diet. Make sure they take in enough fruits and vegetables, encourage them to drink water often and possibly you can add a glass of milk where possible.

A research by international dairy journal shows that milk does not only help the bones but boast mental performance.
