Throwback to last Saturday, our theme was Sport Heros.

With the women's world cup going on at the time and finals the next day, we had to read about sport heros and the things they did to make a name for themselves.

Some of the heros we read about are Lance Armstrong, Michael Jordan,Tiger woods, Wilma Rudolph, Pele, and Bruce Lee.

The children have the task of internalising their lessons from the stories and coming up with a minute presentation by next week. We are already excited and look forward to this.

We also did some crossword puzzle to engage the brain cells.
