GOOD2GO! 🚀 Our nation is undergoing a massive economic reset, demanding urgent skill development. from all Nigerian states, ages 18–35, to seize opportunities as active economic agents.

GOOD2GO! Institutionalizing sustainability is in our DNA at MindThe_GapNg. Excitingly, https://onthejob.ng/ is now strategically partnered with NYSC for inclusive digital adoption, optimization, and transformation.

Recruitment started Nov 11, 2023, for 3,700 Smart & Committed Corps Members as On-The-Job MENTORS. They'll be INFORMED, INSPIRED & INVOLVED in raising the next generation of Tech Talent, Digital Enablers, & Natives, powering the unfolding Economic Revolution, .

Each will:

1. Be Trained (in Camp & Service Year) for the Digital Economy, understanding unique opportunities at www.skillsprint.ng.

2. Join the ADVOCACY NETWORK, amplifying digital opportunities, reaching 100,000 YNEET & stakeholders quarterly.

3. Recruit 10 Secondary School Leavers, mentoring 5 throughout the service year to become Active Economic Agents.

4. Hand-hold Mentees to Onboard & Optimize Digital Presence of 20-50 MSMEs (50% Women Owned) in their community.

5. Guide Mentees to acquire BEST FIT Certifications, Digitally Enabled Training, building a new generation of Certified, Competent & Proud Blue & No Collar Workers.

6. Engage at least 50 Grades 7-9 Junior Secondary Students in Digital Literacy, fostering GROWTH.

7. Build a community of Digital Natives in each state to achieve the 70% Digital Literacy Goals by 2027.

With a shared commitment to empowering our nation's youth, this collaboration is poised to ignite a revolution in the digital landscape.

This visionary initiative, aptly named 'Skill Sprint Nigeria', is poised to reshape lives through the acquisition of vital digital skills, opening doors to newfound employment opportunities, and providing mentorship that paves the way for success.
