This feedback came from a new addition to our digital onboarders, following the YNEET mentors’ activation at NYSC orientation camp, Akwa Ibom, last week.

Recruitment started Nov 11, 2023, for 3,700 Smart & Committed Corps Members as On-The-Job MENTORS. They'll be INFORMED, INSPIRED & INVOLVED in raising the next generation of Tech Talent, Digital Enablers, & Natives, powering the unfolding Economic Revolution, .

Each will:

1. Be Trained (in Camp & Service Year) for the Digital Economy, understanding unique opportunities at www.skillsprint.ng.

2. Join the ADVOCACY NETWORK, amplifying digital opportunities, reaching 100,000 YNEET & stakeholders quarterly.

3. Recruit 10 Secondary School Leavers, mentoring 5 throughout the service year to become Active Economic Agents.

4. Hand-hold Mentees to Onboard & Optimize Digital Presence of 20-50 MSMEs (50% Women Owned) in their community.

5. Guide Mentees to acquire BEST FIT Certifications, Digitally Enabled Training, building a new generation of Certified, Competent & Proud Blue & No Collar Workers.

6. Engage at least 50 Grades 7-9 Junior Secondary Students in Digital Literacy, fostering GROWTH.

7. Build a community of Digital Natives in each state to achieve the 70% Digital Literacy Goals by 2027.

This endeavour aligns seamlessly with President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu commitment to fostering a digital future, one that promises to create a million digital jobs and empower young Nigerians to become active participants in the burgeoning digital economy.
