MINUTES OF THE EMERGENCY JOINT MEETING

The meeting was attended by:
- Exco Members
- Members of the Board of Trustees (BOT), led by the Chairman, Comr. Jabir Salisu Isa.
- Dr. Sabiu Salihu Malen, Staff Adviser II, Department of Public Administration, Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic, Sokoto.
Purpose of the Meeting
The emergency joint meeting was convened by the Exco Members to deliberate on pressing issues affecting the Association and to seek guidance, professional advice, and strategic direction from the Board of Trustees and the Staff Adviser on strengthening the Association and ensuring the effective achievement of its aims and objectives.
Proceedings
The President welcomed all participants and expressed appreciation for their attendance and unwavering commitment to the progress of the Association. He highlighted the challenges currently facing the Association and invited constructive contributions from the Board of Trustees and the Staff Adviser on practical ways to address them.
Following extensive deliberations, the meeting discussed the following:
1. Challenges Affecting the Association
The meeting carefully reviewed the operational, administrative, and organizational challenges confronting the Association. Participants emphasized the importance of unity, commitment, effective communication, and collective responsibility in ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of NAILS.
2. Leadership and Administration
The Board of Trustees and the Staff Adviser provided detailed guidance on effective leadership, transparency, accountability, discipline, proper record-keeping, and adherence to the Association's Constitution. The Executive Members was encouraged to discharge their responsibilities with integrity, fairness, and dedication in order to accomplish the vision and objectives of the Association.
3. Educational Development
The meeting extensively discussed the state of education within Isa Local Government Area, particularly the challenges affecting pupils in primary and secondary schools, as well as students pursuing tertiary education. Members resolved that NAILS should continue to champion initiatives, advocacy, and partnerships that will improve educational standards, promote academic excellence, and create more opportunities for students.
4. Students' Welfare and Monthly Support
The meeting also deliberated on matters relating to students' welfare, including the monthly financial support provided by the Local Government to the Association. Participants stressed the importance of prudent management, accountability, and ensuring that such support is utilized strictly for programmes and activities that directly benefit students.
5. Planned Programmes and Activities
The Executive members briefed the meeting on its proposed programmes and activities. The Board of Trustees and the Staff Adviser offered valuable recommendations to ensure that all programmes are properly planned, impactful, and aligned with the mission and vision of the Association.
Resolutions
After careful deliberations, the meeting resolved that:
- The Executive members should implement the recommendations and guidance provided by the Board of Trustees and the Staff Adviser.
- Greater collaboration should be maintained among all organs of the Association to promote unity, accountability, and effective service delivery.
- NAILS should intensify its advocacy for quality education and continue to initiate programmes that positively impact students across Isa Local Government Area.
- The Executive Council should uphold the highest standards of transparency, discipline, accountability, and responsible leadership in all its activities.
- The Association should continue to engage relevant stakeholders in addressing educational challenges affecting students at all levels.
Appreciation
The Association Executive Members expressed its profound appreciation to the Board of Trustees and the Staff Adviser for their invaluable guidance, constructive recommendations, and unwavering commitment to the continued growth and success of the Association. The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment by all participants to work together in promoting educational excellence, protecting the interests of students, and advancing the overall development of Isa Local Government.

APPOINTMENT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

In our continued commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and sound financial management, the National Association of Isa Local Government Students (NAILS), through the Office of the President, has officially constituted a Finance Committee.
The Committee is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the Association's budgeting, financial documentation, record-keeping, and all other related financial matters in accordance with the Constitution and established regulations.
Congratulations to all appointed members. I urge you to discharge your responsibilities with diligence, integrity, professionalism, and dedication in the best interest of the Association.

SANARWA GA ƊALIBAN MAKARANTUN SAKANDARE NA ƘARAMAR HUKUMAR ISA
Kungiyar National Association of Isa Local Government Students (NAILS) na sanar da dukkan ɗaliban makarantun sakandare na ƙaramar hukumar Isa cewa ta shirya musu shirin Extra Lesson domin ƙara inganta iliminsu.
Za a fara gudanar da darussan ne a Makarantar Dan Maliki, kuma za su kasance ana yin su duk ranar Alhamis ta kowane mako.
Saboda haka, ana kira ga dukkan ɗalibai da su yi anfani da wannan dama ta ilimi domin samun ci gaba a karatunsu.

NAILS ACADEMIC AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Today, the National Association of Isa Local Government Students (NAILS) officially commenced its tutorial program for JSS 2 and JSS 3 students at Nagarta College, Sokoto, as earlier announced.
The program aims to provide academic support, mentorship, and adequate preparation for students as they progress to the next stage of their education.
We appreciate the support of the school management, tutors, and all stakeholders who contributed to the successful launch of this initiative.
Education is the foundation of a brighter future.

The National Association of Isa Local Government Students (NAILS), National Chapter, wishes to sincerely appreciate and congratulate the outgoing Caretakers/Executive Committee for the successful completion of their tenure. Your dedication, commitment, and selfless service towards the growth and unity of the association have not gone unnoticed. The achievements recorded during your period of service have laid a solid foundation for continued progress, and we pray that your efforts will continue to yield positive results for the association and the community at large.
We also extend our warm congratulations to the newly nominated and constituted Executive Members for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Official Statement on Unfulfilled Promises Made to Our Association
We wish to clearly inform all students that the promises earlier made to this association by the Local Government have not yet been fulfilled.
As the Executive Council, we believe in transparency and accountability. Therefore, in order to keep the students properly informed and to avoid any misunderstanding or suspicion of betrayal, we shall soon release a comprehensive report detailing the commitments made and the current situation.
We remain committed to representing the interests of our students with honesty and responsibility.

Qungiyar dalibbai ta kasa reshen karamar karamar hukumar mulkin Isa, Na samu damar halartar bikin wannan Qungiya mai albarka karni na hudu, harma da karrama ni akayi dukda abun ya zomin kwatsam!
Alhamdulillahi! naga abubuwa masu matukar muhimmanci da zasu taimakawa yaran mu dama Al'ummar kasar Isa baki daya muddin wadannan matasa s**a samu goyon baya.
Dama dai wannan Qungiya, Qungiya ce ta ilimi wadda taiyi fice a cikin dukkanin Qungiyoyin ilimi da muke dasu a kasar Isa in kaccire UWA! SHA KUNDUM! wato Qungiyar "ISA VOLUNTEERS FORUM (IVF)" wadda kusan ince ba dalibbai ba har uwayen dalibbai da ita kanta kasar Isa sun amfanu ko ince suna kan amfanuwa da (IVF).
Alal hakikanin gaskiya, ayukkan IVF ayukka ne da s**a mamaye kasar Isa da kewayenta, hakika wannan Qungiya tayi sunan da tarihi bai taba mancewa da ita duk tsawo da lalacewar zamani.
Muna rokon Allah ta'ala yakara karfafa muna jagororin cikinta kuma yaci gaba da basu ikon aiwatar da abubuwan da s**a saba na alkhairi ba tareda nuna wariya ko bangarancin akida dana siyasa ba.
Nayi jawabin abu ukku (3) a wajen taron jiya:--
1. Jin-jina ga Qungiyar (NAILS)
2. Kalubalantar Qungiyar (NAILS) Da kuma
3. Roko zuwa ga Qungiyar (NAILS)
1. JIN-JINATA GA QUNGIYAR, Akan irin kokarin da sukeyi ne na zaburar da yaran mu (Dalibbai) akan mahimmancin ilimi da nuna kwazo da jajircewa wajen zama mai ilimi.
Wadannan zaratan matasa da muke dasu Isa, hakika nan gaba kadan! ta sanadiyarsu Isa zata dawo da martabar ta da muka sani shekarrun da s**a gabata kamin lalacewar zamani, Allah ta'ala yasaka masu da alheri kuma yakara masu kwarin guiwar hada kawunansu dan ciyarda kasar Isa gaba amin.
JIN-JINA 💪GA TEAM ABB (MAZA DA MATA.)
2. KALUBALEN DA NA JEFAMA QUNGIYAR, Duk dayake tun awajen taron sun wal-wale min abunda na kalubalen ce su dashi na rashin gaiyatar duk wani dan kasar Isa dayake amfanuwa ko yake kan amfanu da wannan kasa tamu mai albarka, tun daga kan 'yan siyasar kowane bangare dake cikin kowace jam'iyya, 'yan kasuwa, 'yan boko, ma'aikatan gwamnati, attajirrai, jami'an tsaro, malammai da kuma sarakunan mu.
Amma abun takaichi da bakin ciki, wai ashe babu mutum guda daga cikin wadannan Categories na mutane dana lissahwa da wannan Qungiya bata gaiyata ba, wanda kashi 80/100 wallahi babu su babu wakilcinsu.
Hmmmmm! lalle dayawansu aiki yayi masu yawa da zasu samu damar halartar irin wadannan muhimman abubuwa na ilimi, haka kuma basuda lokacin da zasu tura wakillansu a irin wadannan wurare na ilimi, amma sunada lokacin da zasu tura shashashun cikin mu wajen tayarwa da Al'umma tarzoma ko saiwa yaransu wayoyin zagin bayun Allah da yimasu kazahi.
Muna yiwa ire-irensu albishirin cewa lokaci yayi kuma matasa mun waye, wanda duk keson cigaban kasar mu muna tare dashi, haka zalika kuma wanda duk baya tareda mu wajen taimakawa Al'umma akan inganta ilimi muma bamu tare dashi ko waye shi.
Bayan haka kuma, zamu kalubalen ce su akan rashin zuwansu ko tura wakillansu yayinda akayi masu irin wannan muhimmiyar gaiyata.
Duk hwa wani girma ko matsayin mutum kasar Isa ce silarsa kuma itace tutiyarsa, muddin shi dan kasar Isa din ne, daga nan ko kasar SIN ko yakkoma da zama.
3. ROKONA GA QUNGIYAR, Zamansu na 'yan asalin kasar Isa kuma wadanda s**a koyo tarbiya da ilimi, Na roki dasu rarrabu tsakaninsu zuwa makarantun nen mu dake cikin gari dan koyawa yaran mu (Dalibbai) abunda s**a koyo daga makarantunsu, wanda yin hakan shi zai kara inganta wannan Qungiya ya kuma taimakawa dalibban mu wajen gogewa zuwa makarantun nen gaba da sakandiri ko jami'a, kamar yada daya daga cikinsu Comrd Jabir Salis Isa ya doko lokacin ina Head Master ban mancewa.
Daga karshe, Amadadin hukumar ilimi reshen karamar hukumar mulkin Isa, muna mika godiyar mu ga wadannan jajirtattun matasa 'yan kishin kasar Isa, ko shakka babu, bangaren ilimi A shirye muke da basu kowace irin gudummuwa dan ganin yaran mu (Dalibbai) sun samu ingantacciyar tarbiya da ilimi Insha Allahu.
Allah ta'ala yakara kawo muna zama lafiya da kwanciyar hankali, ya kara yalwanta muna irin mutanen dake kokari wajen karfafa zaman lafiya da habbaka ilimin yaran mu amin.
