MY LOVE FOR GRANOLA

I love granola l usually eat it as snack or use it as toppings for parfait, granola is a breakfast food and snack typically made from rolled oats, nuts, and seeds, mixed with a sweetener like honey and baked until crunchy.

Granola is a good source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats.
It is often served with milk or yogurt, and can also be used as a topping for smoothie bowls or eaten on its own as a snack.

The fiber in granola can help with digestive health and may support heart health.
While it is considered a nutritious food, some varieties can be high in calories and added sugar, so it's important to check the nutrition labels.

What do you like to take your granola with?

Oil based Nigeria Eggroll.

Here's a simple recipe to make delicious egg rolls, a popular Nigerian snack:

*Recipe

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying

*Instructions:*

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add vegetable oil and mix until the dough comes together.
3. Gradually add warm water and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a small egg.
6. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet, like a thin pancake.
7. Place a hard-boiled egg in the center of each sheet.
8. Fold the dough over the egg, forming a cylindrical shape, and press the edges together to seal the egg roll.
9. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
10. Fry the egg rolls until they're golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
11. Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.

*Serve:*

Enjoy your crispy Nigerian egg rolls hot or cold, with your favorite beverage. You can also serve them as a snack or appetizer.

*Tips:*

- Make sure the dough is well-kneaded to avoid breaks in the egg rolls.
- Don't overfill the egg rolls, as they can break open during frying.
- Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning.

I hope you enjoy making and eating these delicious Nigerian egg rolls! ๐Ÿ˜Š
