📌 Your job is your SKILL but your work is your GIFT. You can learn the SKILL but you are born with your GIFT.

📌 You should never make PLANS and bring them to God. You must first consult God for your PURPOSE and make PLANS according to His PURPOSE for your life

Topic: Do You Know the Comforter?

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” John 14:26 (KJV)

Having the right teaching leads to a meaningful life. Right teaching comes from the right teacher. The Holy Spirit is the greatest teacher in heaven and on earth. He is called Comforter because He comes to make your life peaceful and well-pleasing to God. He cheers you up when you are in sorrow and motivates you to keep running the Christian race. He is a gift of God to every Christian (Acts 2:38).

Dear beloved, once you are born again, the Holy Spirit is in you. Therefore, submit to Him and get to know Him. He is your teacher; hence, fellowship with Him and let Him teach you about how to make your life, business, career, family, etc. a success in God’s sight (John 16:13). Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!

Prayer Point: My dear Comforter and sweet Holy Spirit, thank You for revealing Yourself in Your Word. Indeed, You are the greatest teacher to teach and guide me into all truth. I summit myself to Your leading so that You can teach me and guide me to live a purposeful life in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Topic: Understand the World Around You!

“And I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven: this sore travail hath God given to the sons of man to be exercised therewith.” Ecclesiastes 1:13 (KJV)

The New International Version quotes the opening scripture as, “I applied my mind to study and to explore by wisdom all that is done under the heavens. What a heavy burden God has laid on mankind!” King Solomon was given divine wisdom and understanding to rule the nation of Israel (1 Kings 3:9–10). He was not idle with this gift, but put it to use; he sought and searched to understand everything under the sun. Even though he found that it was a burden to seek and search, it eventually paid off in the end.

Dear beloved, take pains to seek and search the world around you, and you will understand why things are happening the way they do. For example, if you understand how the weather operates, you will be able to prepare your land for sowing seeds (Ecclesiastes 11:6). Also, if you study and explore the way demons operate at night, you will wake up at midnight hours to pray for answers because that is the time they scheme against you—before morning comes. May you take charge of your environment and always be in dominion. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point: Abba Father, I love You for Your Word. Indeed, it is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Please lead and guide me to understand the world around me, take dominion of the world around me, and be a blessing to many lives in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Topic: Sing unto the LORD!

“I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.” Psalms 13:6 (KJV)

A song is a short poem or prose set to music or meant to be sung. When we sing, we make musical sounds with our voice, especially voicing words with a set tune. The psalmist sung to the LORD because He dealt bountifully with him (Psalms 13:6). Dear beloved, be alert to see the goodness of God in your life. Praise and thank God for the little things He does for you—the little things such as waking up from bed, having a good sleep, and having food to eat and water to drink (Psalms 107:31).

Beloved, don’t expect God to do something great in your life before you sing praise unto Him. If you don’t thank and praise Him for the little things He is doing for you, He will never do great things in your life. Even when you think He has done nothing for you, thank Him for the life He has given you, and He will open your eyes to see the things He is doing for you (Psalms 150:6). Let thanksgiving and praise be your lifestyle even in difficult times, and His favor will surround you and draw good things to you. Praise the Lord! Be an Example!

Prayer Point: My dear heavenly Father, You are my song and my shield. I will always be grateful for the things You are doing in my life, be it little, much, or great. Thank You for such a wonderful message from Your Word. I promise to tell others about how wonderful You are so that many can learn how to be grateful and appreciative of You in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Topic: Are You Having a Hard Time?

“If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:) Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.” Psalms 7:4-5 (KJV)

The kind of mindset you have will determine your disposition in hard times. As a child of God, you need to be aware that tests, trials, and temptations are part of the Christian faith; preparing yourself to face them is the surest way to pass all your tests, endure your trials, and overcome your temptations (Matthew 4:1–11; Job 1:13–22). The psalmist was having a hard time, and as he prayed the way he did, he was sure his trial was not a result of evil or sin he had committed.

Dear beloved, you don’t determine the kind of tests, trials, and temptations that should come your way. Likewise, you cannot prescribe the kind of punishment God should give you for sin. If you have sinned, ask God to forgive you; He will forgive you, but you have to endure the consequences (1 John 1:9). Feed yourself enough with the Word of God, pray, and fellowship with the Holy Spirit, and you will know how to pass your tests, endure trials, and overcome temptations. Hallelujah! Be an Overcomer!

Prayer Point: My dear heavenly Father, thank You for teaching me how to overcome hard times. Indeed, it takes knowing Your Word, prayer, and fellowship with Your Spirit to pass tests, endure trials, and overcome temptations. I use all these keys to continually be an overcomer for You in Jesus’ name. Amen!
