1. Morning Resumption
The school premises were opened on time and preparations for the day's activities were completed before the arrival of students. Students arrived gradually, and the school environment was calm and orderly.
2. Morning Assembly
Morning assembly commenced at 7:45 a.m. Students assembled according to their classes and maintained reasonable order.
The assembly included prayers, hymns, announcements and a brief word of instruction for the students. Students were reminded about punctuality, cleanliness, respect for others and proper conduct within the school premises.
3. Attendance
Attendance was taken by the respective class/form teachers.
Most students were present, while some were absent for various reasons. The attendance records were submitted by the teachers concerned.
A few latecomers were observed and were reminded of the importance of arriving at school on time.
4. Teaching and Learning
Academic activities commenced immediately after assembly.
Teachers were observed in their classrooms carrying out their scheduled lessons. Students generally participated in classroom activities.
The school environment remained relatively quiet during lesson periods.
5. Students' Conduct
Students generally conducted themselves well throughout the school day.
A few minor cases of noise-making and movement during lesson periods were observed. The students involved were cautioned and directed to return to their classrooms.
No major disciplinary incident was recorded.
6. Break Period
Students proceeded for break at the scheduled time.
Teachers on break duty monitored the students around the playground and other designated areas. Students were reminded to dispose of waste properly and return to their classrooms when the break period ended.
7. Health and Safety
No major accident or health emergency was recorded during the duty period.
