It's obvious from the performance of our students that they have not been studying. I have told students in my class over and again that teaching and learning are complementary activities. The tutors are working round the clock to teach the students while the students, who are supposed to also work round the clock to learn, are busy with something else.

They would rather press their phones and converge to play game other than study. Or worse, listen to music.

It's not a joke, the exams you're preparing for. You can't study nursing by wishing it into your life. For you to study accounting, you must work for it.

Life is a canteen and not a restaurant where you have a waiter bring to you whatever you want.

It was a wonderful experience training artisans on the nitty gritty of digital marketing at Keffi, Nasarawa state sponsored by NITDA and the Federal Ministry of Information, Communication and Digital Economy.

In the course of the training, participants, who were drawn from among graduates, farmers, business men and women as well as undergraduates were trained on responsible us the digital space and how harness it's many tools to market their products and services.

The training mainstreamed on digital marketing/social media marketing. Participants learned how maximise their social media pages to massively promote their products and services.

They were also shown how to use AI to enhance their productivity.

Finally, importance of security was in the use of the internet and digital devices was emphasized a d participants were shown how to set up a secured digital environment for their business.

Feedback from participants was motivating and a testimony to how impactful the training was.
