Dear Esteemed Teachers, Dedicated Parents, and Beloved Students,

Welcome to the 3rd term of the 2024/2025 academic session! We are thrilled to embark on this final leg of the academic year, filled with opportunities for growth, learning, and achievement. To our teachers, thank you for your unwavering commitment to nurturing minds. To parents, we appreciate your steadfast partnership in your child’s education. And to our students, we encourage you to approach this term with focus, enthusiasm, and a determination to excel. Together, let’s make this term impactful and memorable!

Important Reminders for Parents and Students:

1️⃣ NECO Registration Closes Soon
- Registration for the NECO examination ends Friday, Wednesday 30th, 2025. Ensure all fees and required documents are submitted promptly to avoid last-minute issues.

2️⃣ Adjustment to School Fees
- A marginal increment in school fees takes effect this term, in line with rising operational costs and our commitment to maintaining quality facilities and resources.

3️⃣ Punctuality & Attendance
- Late arrivals and truancy will not be tolerated. Students must arrive by 7:30 AM daily and attend all classes. Repeated absences or lateness may result in disciplinary action.

4️⃣ Learning Materials
- Students are required to come prepared with all necessary textbooks, stationery, and tools for learning. Regular checks will be conducted to ensure compliance.

5️⃣ Dedication to Excellence
- We urge students to uphold discipline, respect school rules, and dedicate themselves fully to their studies. Success is earned through consistency and effort!

Muna sanar da iyaye da dalibai cewa daliban da basu karbi report sheets nasu ba zasu iya zuwa makarantar ranar 4th April, 2025 su karba.

2.
Muna sanar da iyayen yara yan SS3 cewa zasu fara extension program 7th April, 2025. Ba'a daukewa kowane dalibin SS3 ba ana bukatar ya halarci wannan program. zai guna ne kamar yadda aka gabatar a hutun holiday da ya gabata.

3.
Sannan muna tunatar da iyaye cewa anyi kusa da rufe registration na jarrabawar NECO na wannan shekarar. Ƙarshe lokacinsa shine karshen wannan wata na April.

Kamar yadda aka sani za'a biya wannan kudin ne a asusun bankin mu dake Zenith Bank sai a kai shedar biyan kudin ofishin accountant namu na makaranta.

Daga karshe muna yiwa malamai, iyaye, dalibai da sauran jama'ar musulmi fatan alkairi. Allah ya sadar damu da alkairan wannan wata mai albarka. Allah ya nuna mana na wasu shekaru masu yawa tare da imani. Allah ya rufa mana asiri duniya da lahira.
