Our gas finished, so I went to refill it today.

Tell me why I got there and found out that 1kg of gas is now ₦1,900 😳

The last time I filled gas, it was ₦1,400 per kg, and I was already complaining then. But this new increase shocked me.

I originally planned to buy 3kg, but the moment I heard the price, I immediately changed my mind and reduced it to 2kg. 😩

Thankfully, we have light, so my hot plate will be helping me for now.

Honestly, I don't know where this country is heading. Prices of things just keep increasing every day.

Although I filled it at a gas vendor and not a filling station, so I'm not sure if the price is the same everywhere.

Just to answer a question some people may be wondering about 😊

The videos I'm posting on YouTube are YouTube Shorts, not regular long-form YouTube videos.

As a student, wife, and mum, I honestly don't have the time to create separate content for every platform. So I simply repurpose some of the content I've already posted on Facebook and TikTok and upload it as Shorts on YouTube.

I also don't post as often on YouTube the way I do on Facebook. Sometimes I post once every three days, and there are times I go even longer before posting again. So it's much easier for me to manage.

And guess what? It's working.

One of my videos was at 18k views when I took a screenshot and shared it here yesterday. It later grew to 31k views, and as I'm writing this, it's now at 33k views and still counting! 😍

I wasn't even serious about YouTube before, but since I became consistent, things have started changing.

This is your reminder that you don't always need brand-new content for every platform. Sometimes the content you already have just needs a different audience.

For the past three days, I have not swept my house. 😂

After doing a few house chores, I would become too tired and lazy to sweep.

And anytime I wanted to sweep, my husband would say

If you're so tired, leave it. Must you sweep today? The house is not even that dirty.

But coconut head like me no gree hear word. 😂

I still went ahead and swept some places.

Now before anybody says, Why didn't your husband do it?

He would have done it by himself, but I know my husband. He doesn't really like sweeping unless he decides to do it on his own. But when it comes to cooking, leave that one for him. 😂

Thank goodness today is a public holiday. No school runs, no rushing.

The first thing I did this morning was sweep the whole house.

Now all that's left is mopping

And that one can wait for another day.

Please tell me I'm not the only one that keeps postponing one house chore after finishing another. 🤣

Today, I was supposed to attend 3 classes, do a presentation, and submit an assignment.

But because my daughter wasn't feeling well, I stayed home to take care of her.

Guess what?

All 3 classes were cancelled. 😳😂

At that point, I just smiled and said, God, You really got me.❤️

The same videos I had already posted here on Facebook, which I recently started reposting on TikTok, got likes and views too, but YouTube just took things to another level 😍

My views are now coming from the USA, Canada, Nigeria, and South Africa, and with almost every video, I'm gaining new subscribers from different parts of the world. My YouTube views just keep increasing

It feels like I might start focusing more on YouTube o 😂
