NEXLEAD Africa Initiative is a participatory, operational and advocacy non-governmental organization that seeks to elevate the standard of African leadership which is largely self-centered, and tilt it towards a people oriented, value driven exercise in which every young African can proudly indulge. This would be achieved by engaging youths/adolescents in projects of societal change within their s

chool environments. It is a passion which envisions a society where potential adult leaders start leading from their youth and make the virtues of quality leadership their lifestyle and backbone. We believe that if the leadership problem is solved at the root, then the catastrophic leadership being experienced in African societies will become a thing of the past
