Addiction is not confined to a particular group, gender, race, class or people.

Addiction is anything that we don’t have control over. You are enslaved to a habit that you know that is not helpful. It is a battle we fight secretly and silently.

The first goal to recovery is HONESTY:
Tell yourself the truth and accept you have a problem. Denial and hiding will only make matters worse.

Understand the nature of the battle:
A problem known is half solved so Knowledge about the problem gives you hope for recovery.

Questions like:
How did I become an addict?
Why do I do what I do?
What triggers this reactions?

The answers create the start point for discovery and recovery.
