When the Lord climbed the 'village donkey', it witnessed an unprecedented followership, but, it was not because of the donkey, it was because of the rider.

God's usage of any vessel many times attracts delicate ovation.

It will be foolishness for the Donkey (the vessel) to acknowledge the cheers or praises; erroneously claiming that it belongs to you.

That 'Hosanna' people are screaming, that 'your' praise people are singing, they don't belong to you! The Hosana belongs to the rider of the donkey, not the donkey, Hosana belongs to He that chose the vessel not the vessel. It is a very dangerous risk to tamper with that Hosana, He is a jealous God.

I, Chidi Okoroafor, I don't qualify to be proud, because I know my journey with my caller, I know where He picked me from. I don't by qualification, merit what the Lord is using me to accomplish. Papa calls the unqualified and qualifies the called

Make no mistake about this and stop thinking that you are what and where you are because you are holier, more prayerful or more useful than others.

No matter how heavily anointed you are,
No matter how heavily you bring out money to support God's work,
No matter how "important" you think you are based on the great service and role you render in the kingdom

It is the man/woman in church without Christ, even worse still, the preacher without a Damascus road experience, He/She is suffering from a disease called, over familiarity with God.

Whatever in this life you pursue at the expense of your salvation, will destroy you!

We gathered to honor a life devoted to faith, service, and humanity at the state burial of Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai. It was a solemn moment that reminded us that true greatness lay in touching lives and spreading hope.

We sincerely appreciated the state government for organizing a befitting farewell and extending such honor to a life well lived. We also thanked everyone who came out to pay their last respects, stood in solidarity, and celebrated his remarkable legacy.

Though he had taken his final bow, his impact remained alive in the hearts of many. He was laid to rest, but his influence continued to inspire generations.
