*Update on the meeting that is supposed to come up tomorrow September 13, 2018*

Good day family,

The GGCOS association planning committee after consideration of several factors of which the upcoming IGOGO festival is one of the major, the meeting that's supposed to hold this week has been adjusted to a month time. ( I. E October 13,2018).

The week coincides with the igogo festival week, as a result, many other members will be very much present in the Community, hereby constituting a meaningful meeting attendance.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this reschedule might have/may cause.

We want to thank you all for your patience and cooperation.

An overview of what's been discussed so far:

We had a meeting with the school current principal, Mr. Awobayikun and he promised we have his full support.

The proprietor, on the other hand, at first, objected the idea of 15years anniversary, but later bought the idea.
He said: "it's a good thing if the old students are planning something about the school, Ute to edifice it. Fine go ahead and let us know what it entails. Thank you and weldone".

Then we promised to feed him back on the details of the anniversary sometimes in the future, since the anniversary is coming up not this year, but next year.

Good day, ladies and gentlemen!!!

REPORT ON A GENERAL MEETING THAT'S HELD ON 18TH OF APRIL, 2018.

The venue was St Stephen R.C.M school, Ute.

Here is the highlight :

1. The need for awareness is crucial, we want every old students of the school, home and abroad, to be notified and updated that the association has already started.

2. In order to be recognized as an association, there's a need to register its name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

3. The school started its academic affairs on September 13, 2004. As a matter of fact, by september 13, 2019, the school will be exactly 15 years old. This, however, is erupting the issue of celebrating a 15 years anniversary for the school.

4. The association's constitution issue was suspended until further notice.

5. The meeting was adjourned till Friday 20, 2018 so as to stabilize the young association.

These are the few points discussed.
