We were delighted to welcome SS2 and SS3 students from The Crown College, Ologuneru, Solam Model College, and Josabig High School—all members of NAPPS-Oyo (National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools)—to our vibrant campus for an engaging tour experience! The visit began with a warm reception by Mrs. Deborah Adejobi, @debrahjumoke Head of Marketing, and her team. Students were introduced to the university system through an inspiring welcome session, which included a captivating video documentary showcasing the Lead City University journey. They had the unique opportunity to be welcomed personally by the Registrar, Dr. Oyebola Ayeni, @oyebola_o followed by an interactive session with the Director of Admissions, who shared valuable insights on subject combinations, admission requirements, and answered students’ pressing questions. Students were then divided into two groups for a tailored faculty tour: 🔬 Science & Technology Students explored the Faculty of Engineering, College of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Physiotherapy, and the Faculty of Pharmacy. 🎭 Arts & Commercial Students immersed themselves in the creative world of Performing Arts and Film Studies, visited our campus radio stations Lead City FM 89.1 @leadcityfm and LR 106.3, @leadradio1063 and toured the Departments of Management & Accounting, Languages & Literature, and the Faculty of Law.
