In 2012 ‘’The Business Coaching Academy’’ launched one of the first experiential business model and customer development-based programs in the world. This proved that the art of Starting a business is a project while operating a business is repetitive. The Business Coaching Academy is made up of eight weekends’ interactive business-building sessions (for workers) or five weekday sessions (for non workers). Each session is led by a collection of local business-building mentors who share their expertise with tailored solutions that support business creation in various sectors encompassing event management, manufacturing, consulting and agriculture amongst others. We equally encourage our participants to generate business ideas with unique core differentiator and differential advantage over existing products or services. Therefore our role is to guide you and your team through this journey in a view to illuminate your ideas, explore emerging opportunities and sustain innovation using our five steps to starting a business or product line (ideation through innovation, internalization, integration and iteration).
