Have you ever imagined that there is always lightening before a thunderstorm. Why is it always so?
We see lightning before a thunderstorm because light travels much faster than sound.
Lightning is a massive electrical discharge that occurs during a thunderstorm. When a lightning bolt strikes, it heats the air around it to incredibly high temperatures, creating a bright flash of light.
Since light travels at approximately 299,792 kilometers per second (186,282 miles per second), we see the lightning almost instantly.
On the other hand, thunder is the sound caused by the rapid expansion of air along the path of the lightning bolt. Sound travels much slower than light, at approximately 343 meters per second (768 miles per hour) in air.
Because of this significant difference in speed, we see the lightning before we hear the thunder. The delay between the lightning flash and the thunder is called the "flash-to-bang" method, which can be used to calculate the distance of the lightning strike.

What is X?
Find X
This is a Z angle. So the missing angle beside 52° is alternate to 78°
So a° = 180°- 52°+78°
a° = 180° - 130°
a° = 50°
SUM OF OPPOSITE INTERIOR ANGLES IS = EXTERIOR ANGLE
ANGLE ON A STRAIGHT LINE EQUALS 180°
180-45 = 35°
SO , X= 35° + 35°
X = 70°
