Class Size Matters in Education!
There is a limit to the number of children a teacher can effectively handle in one classroom. When schools exceed this limit in pursuit of profit, the quality of learning suffers. An overcrowded classroom leads to a stressed teacher, and a stressed teacher results in stressed pupils—affecting focus, behaviour, and academic performance.
Strain in any organisation starts from the top and trickles down. When leadership ignores proper capacity, both teachers and learners pay the price.
Effective teaching goes beyond general instruction. It requires worksheets, games, practical activities, and individual learning checks—all of which become difficult in overcrowded classrooms. For true learning to happen, classroom balance is essential.
