The hunter was expected to kill him for food. But the hunter spared Dog's life when he revealed the hideout of the other animals to him. The dog was freed by the hunter.
The animals realized they had been deceived, hatched plans to lure Dog back to the Animal Kingdom for ex*****on.
The Dog was tied to the stake. But before the Dog could be executed, the hunter arrived with his gun to rescue him.
