When your children desire to talk to you and share issues with you, stop everything and listen to them. It is in their speaking you know their perception and reasoning.

*Ask Questions*

Ask questions to know the reason they say what they say, correct when needed and appraise when necessary. Do not always stop them from speaking, instead you mentor them.

*Be careful of what you do*
Do not worry that your children never listen to you. Worry that they are always watching you.
