As part of the programme for the retirement and a celebration of their services to the university and humanity at large, scholars are invited to send in academic papers for a festschrift titled: "Emerging Issues in Economic Theory and Development in Nigeria".
Interdisciplinary papers focused on the following sub themes / chapters will be accepted:

8. Role of Institutions and Policies in Nigeria's Development
9. Fiscal Federalism and Economic Development in Nigeria.
