Just like a tape recorder, we can push the stop button, erase the negative messages that allow us to squash those negative Voices and build new and positive messages that tell us:
"WE CAN DO IT," "we are good enough." "WE HAVE WHAT IT TAKES''
The fact remains that everything we need to succeed is within us.
