Or alter one's natural undefective physical appearance.

These are some symptoms of physical self hate which may lead to emotional breakdown, resulting to uncultured behaviors.

Appreciate the wonder and uniqueness of your being.

If you are concerned with only what favors you,
And pursue everything that interests you at the espense of other's Wellbeing,
Others will not be okay
And you will eventually not be okay.

If you are concerned with what favors others,
And pursue everything that benefits others even if it will cost you your Wellbeing,
Others will be okay
And you will eventually be okay.

There are more blessings in giving than receiving

There is greater joy in caring than being cared for.

If you live for others
Others will, someday, live for you.
