KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UK, GREAT BRITAIN, BRITAIN, ENGLAND

A lot of people in Nigeria and indeed all over the world, including well travelled, elite class people often confuse England, United Kingdom, Britain and Great Britain. Well, here's the way to differentiate them:

*England* is a country just as Nigeria, and its capital is *London* just like Abuja is the capital of Nigeria.

*Great Britain* is a collection of 3 countries which came together as one country and has its capital as *London.* Those 3 countries are:

1. *England,*
2. *Scotland* and
3. *Wales.*

When you include *Northern Ireland* to these 3 countries, they become *United Kingdom* (union of four nations) Viz:
1. England,
2. Scotland,
3. Wales, and
4. Northern Ireland.

That is why it is referred to as the *United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.*
Collectively, the four are taken as one country. And when this is the case, *London* is its capital.

Note however that these four individual nations all have their own respective capitals.

Accordingly, the capital of
Scotland is *Edinburgh*,
Wales is *Cardiff*;
Northern Ireland is *Belfast*;
England is *London*.

Ps: Northern Ireland is not to be mistaken for the *Republic of Ireland*. The latter is a separate country. Its capital is *Dublin*.

THE FLOWER BOY - A Short Moral Story

There was a poor boy who hawked flowers on the highway. One day, an old man stopped him and said.

"Why do you hawk flowers on such a busy and dangerous road?"

The boy responded.
"My family is poor and can't afford my school expenses"

The old man said.
"But you're doing it wrong little boy. You take so much risk by running through the main road. Do you know that you could get hit by a vehicle?"

The boy whispered.
"I just need to earn money so I can get back to school"

The old man snapped.
"But your life is more important than education. So many people did not attend school but ended up becoming great people. Are you going to die all because you want to be educated? Now listen, if you get hit by a car, you're going to die, and if you die, there would be no education for you. Do you understand me?"

Then the old man added.
"Education is not the key to success. Don't risk your life for it"

The poor boy pondered over the old man's words as he watched him walk away. For many days, he thought and thought until he vowed to himself never to sell flowers again.

Fifteen years later, the poor boy had grown into a young man and was poorer without any source of income. One day, he met an old man and pleaded.

"Excuse me sir, can you spare some change?"

The old man stormed.
"Urgh! Why didn't you study to become useful for yourself?"

The young man replied.
"My parents were poor and couldn't send me to school"

The old man blurted out.
"Don't blame your parents. So many people worked really hard and risked their lives as kids to pay their school expenses, because they knew the importance of education. But you did nothing, so it's all your fault!"

The young man felt hurt and downcasted by the old man's words. And even more when he realized he was the same old man he met fifteen years ago.

How often do you listen to people who try to discourage you from doing the things you want to do? How often do you let the opinions of others consume you? Do you know that the people who discourage you from chasing your dream, are the same people who will blame you for not reaching your dream? They are quick to judge your job, but won't help you when you're broke. Take control of your destiny. Believe in yourself. Ignore those who try to discourage you. You decide who you want to become and other people's opinions shouldn't matter.

And one of the children suggested - THIS RASCAL might have swallowed the key. So they picked up his body, turned his back and began to slap his back. And OUT OF HIS MOUTH JUMPED OUT THE KEY.

SOME PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THE WORLD - They are falling in LOVE with the world and the things that are in the world.

I HAVE GOOD NEWS FOR YOU - If you don't leave these Goodies, the Goodies will leave you. One day, your hands won't be able to hold on to anything.

That is why it is better for you - Like Jesus said; He said: If you want to keep your Life, you must be willing to loose it to me...

Because if you say: No, No, No; I want to hold on to Life, YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE YOUR LIFE. Sooner or later, it is Appointed unto man to die -

YOU CAN'T TAKE ANY CAR WITH YOU!

YOU CAN'T TAKE ANY MANSION WITH YOU!

ALL THE MONEY YOU ARE HOARDING THAT IS NOT ALLOWING YOU TO SERVE THE ALMIGHTY GOD, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE A SINGLE DIME WITH YOU!

WHEN THE TIME COMES TO LEAVE THIS WORLD, YOU CAN'T TAKE ANYTHING ALONG!

How Wonderful will it be when the RAPTURE COMES, that you welcome the Lord Joyfully because YOU ARE MOVING TO MANSIONS BUILT WITH GOLD, you will be walking on Streets Paved with Gold.

So, if you Claimed to be Born Again but you know deep within yourself - You call yourself a CHILD OF GOD and you are still living like a Child of the devil. Because it is not what you call yourself that MATTERS but it is the Fruit that you are PRODUCING. You must Genuinely Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ now,

WAIT A MINUTE O - No more joking, no more Fooling around, no more "PLAYING CHURCH", no more being in the CHOIR when your Heart belongs to the devil, no more being a PASTOR and being a FORNICATOR at the same time.

But you really, really want to become a "TRUE CHILD" of the LIVING GOD, one hundred Percent (100%) and no JOKING now.

Please cry to Jesus Christ and say: Have Mercy on me, save my Soul, forgive all my sins as I will serve You from now on - No more joking, no more Fooling around, I will do Your Will one hundred Percent (100%). Just have Mercy on me Lord. Be my Lord and my Saviour.
