اِنَّ الۡمُبَذِّرِيۡنَ كَانُوۡۤا اِخۡوَانَ الشَّيٰطِيۡنِ‌ ؕ وَكَانَ الشَّيۡطٰنُ لِرَبِّهٖ كَفُوۡرًا‏

Lo! the squanderers were ever brothers of the devils, and the devil was ever an ingrate to his Lord.

وَمَنۡ اَرَادَ الۡاٰخِرَةَ وَسَعٰى لَهَا سَعۡيَهَا وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٌ فَاُولٰۤٮِٕكَ كَانَ سَعۡيُهُمۡ مَّشۡكُوۡرًا

And whoso desireth the Hereafter and striveth for it with the effort necessary, being a believer; for such, their effort findeth favour (with their Lord).

اِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ اَعۡلَمُ بِمَنۡ ضَلَّ عَنۡ سَبِيۡلِهٖ وَهُوَ اَعۡلَمُ بِالۡمُهۡتَدِيۡنَ‏

Lo! thy Lord is Best Aware of him who strayeth from His way, and He is Best Aware of those who walk aright.

هَلۡ اَتٰٮكَ حَدِيۡثُ مُوۡسٰى‌ۘ‏

Hath there come unto thee the history of Moses?

وَّاَنَّ الۡمَسٰجِدَ لِلّٰهِ فَلَا تَدۡعُوۡا مَعَ اللّٰهِ اَحَدًا ۙ‏

And the places of worship are only for Allah, so pray not unto anyone along with Allah.

وَّاَنَّا مِنَّا الصّٰلِحُوۡنَ وَمِنَّا دُوۡنَ ذٰلِكَ‌ؕ كُنَّا طَرَآٮِٕقَ قِدَدًا ۙ

And among us there are righteous folk and among us there are far from that. We are sects having different rules.

يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ جَاهِدِ الۡكُفَّارَ وَالۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ وَاغۡلُظۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ‌ؕ وَمَاۡوٰٮهُمۡ جَهَنَّمُ‌ؕ وَبِئۡسَ الۡمَصِيۡرُ‏

O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey's end.

يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَاۤ اَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ لَـكَ‌ۚ تَبۡتَغِىۡ مَرۡضَاتَ اَزۡوَاجِكَ‌ؕ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ

O Prophet! Why bannest thou that which Allah hath made lawful for thee, seeking to please thy wives? And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
