The RUFUS GIWA Polytechnic, Owo, ISEC Committee Here announced the Schedule and guidelines for the SUG Election as follows:

The Students Union Government Executives Election Comes up on Thursday, 29th of February 2024

As You get set to cast Your vote for the candidate of your choice

Step 1: Write Down Your Rugipo Reg Number Or Jamb Number

Step 2: Take Note of Your Surname

Step 3: Take Up Your School Receipts, Students ID Card

Step 4: Visit the ICT Directorate Building at the Schedule time for Your Faculty for Accreditation

Step 5: Get Accredited by the Accreditation officers, Take Note You will be required to Come along with Your School ID Card, School Receipts

Step 6: After Successful Accreditation, Move straight to the Voting Point to cast Your vote.

Step 7: Enter Your details as Follows
(i) Your Username is Your RUGIPO Registration Number or Jamb Reg Number
(ii) Your Password is Your Surname, All in CAPITAL LETTER

Step 8: Click on Login

Step 9: Copy the Token from the display token and paste into the Token box

Step 10: Click on proceed

Step 11: Click on the Selection Circle to mark the Candidates of Your Choice for the Respective Positions

Step 12: Scroll-Down to make all Your Selections.

Step 13; Make Sure You click on End-Your-Vote Button to Submit Your Choice and Voting

Step 14: Step Out of the Voting Point and go back to your Hostels
