Men are always in competition for power and influence.

There was time that whoever owns most of the land.......was King.

Machines disrupted that......

And the King become those who owned the Industries.

Computers disrupted that economy......and the man who had INFORMATION became the new Kings.

We are currently in that age today......called the INFORMATION age.

However, Artificial Intelligence is bringing its own disruption to this world we live in today.

Deeper, wider and stronger internet pe*******on coupled with more efficient mobile devices and smartphones........is pushing INFORMATION MONOPOLY to death.

Almost everyone with an internet connection can have access to almost any information.

The internet is democratising information......and breaking down information monopoly.

The new Kings of the future will be the ones who can ANALYSE all this enormous body of INFORMATION we have as at today.

Big data is beyond the grasp of the human brain.......so it's up to SOFTWARE to do this autonomously.

The men who are able to build or own the systems and software that are able to ANALYSE data......and PREDICT FUTURE patterns and behaviours will be the King of the next age we are entering.

The age of AI.

KNOWLEDGE vs KNOWING

Let me shake the tables of your mind a little today.

Most times, we think we KNOW a thing or concept because we have KNOWLEDGE.

Alas.....not really.

Between Knowledge and Knowing a thing.....there is a gap.

Knowledge is all the information or data you have accumulate over time about a thing, subject, object or concept.

But KNOWING.......is experiencing something.

Let me explain:
When we were in secondary school, geography commented me.

In Geography, we studied and read and accumulated knowledge about some land features like anthills, boulders, hanging caves, rift valleys etc

Yet, we have never seen, felt, smelt, tasted nor heard them in real life.

Till this day, I still won't know a continental plate if I see one.

Again see it this way:

"Can you truly say you KNOW how Egusi soup tastes by reading about it in a book.?"

What I am saying is that there is so much we have KNOWLEDGE of.......that we need to experience.

Visit that zoo, orphanage, library, cave, monastery, forest, mountain, Museum, factory etc

Move past Knowledge......experience it!

THE PARADOX OF CHOICE

I watch and learn from TedX talks a lot.

Believe me, there is so much to learn about the world and ourselves.

If you wanted to buy a T-shirt.......which will you buy from:

*A brand that have 20 different choices of T-shirt to pick from

Or

*A brand that just have 2 different choice of T-shirt to pick from.

Can you share with me and why?

UNDERSTANDING PONZIS AND MLM

I joined my first network marketing business in 2015 basically to learn how compensation plans are designed.

It has paid off over the years:

We successfully pulled one very knowledgeable veteran from US who was part of the people how designed and implemented tbe first mlms down to owerri to teach us the basics.

THE 6 GRADES

Grade A:
Any network marketing company without a physical product is Ponzi scheme grade A

(run for your life ooooo because they won't last at all with lots of casualties at the bottom)

Grade B:network marketing company with a virtual membership that actual does nothing (run run run.....more dangerous than grade A casualties)

Grade C:
Any network marketing company with a physical or virtual product.

But where most of the earnings is, is via recruitment and not product sales
(Psuedo-ponzi will run a little longer but will also collapse)

Grade D:
Any network marketing company with an "overpriced" physical products......

Such that even the members at the bottom cant afford to use the product themselves

These are meta-mlm-ponzis, with hybrid compensation plan will run very long time through many countries

But eventually in about 4-6yrs will reach "saturation" and also slowly collapse.

Grade E:
Hyips are money doublers who offer "alluring " interest rates above prevailing interest rates.

Why will a company borrow your money at even 5% per month, when it can get a bank loan at less than that per month (1.3% to 3.5%)

MMM offered 30% and MBA forex even offered 15% monthly.....and we know the casualties

Grade F:
Network marketing companies with affordably priced products which members can afford to use normally (plus also earning from recruitment)

However the profit margins on product sales is very slim.

This is the only form of mlm that is stable and can continue to forever

Example is Amway International.

Finally, aside Grade F, every other grade will only favour the earlier registrants and the fast sellers and recruiters only......every other people at the bottom will be casualties.

AFTERSALES FEEDBACK

We as business people are most times in a hurry to make sales....

That we sometimes forget to even find time or create a feedback channel .....to ask our customers if they were actually satisfied with our products.

Don't take this for granted.

Never think it's your ads or aggressive marketing that brings back your customers to always buy from you......NEVER!!!

If your product doesn't solve the customers problems......he won't buy again.

...and worse off even, he won't convince his neighbour to try your product.

Always find time to ask "please Ma/Sir, did you enjoy our product or did your have nay issues?"

ALWAYS.

...profit is nothing if you can't sustain sales.

To move your business to the next level......we need to get 2 things right.
