19 ROMANTIC THINGS TO DO THAT DON'T INVOLVE S*X

When romance is often mentioned, many think it is all about s*x. But romance is actually anything you do to your partner that communicate and show that him/her is special to you. Here are a few examples.

1. Calling your partner a special name that you wouldn't call any other person such "Honey", "Sweetheart"

2. Cooking together. This activity actually gives you two a chance to bond closer

3. Going out on dates to intimate places (not clubs) where you can look into each other's eyes and have heart to heart conversations

4. Pulling up her seat or holding her hand when she climbs up a stair case. Even though she can do this on her own, this makes her feel like you are mindful of her

5. Singing love songs together. This warms the heart

6. Covering each other in prayer. The most romantic thing is taking care of each other's spirit

7. Holding each other's hand as you walk.

8. Going out for walks, picnics and plays

9. If you have children, planning dates just for you two as you make plans for someone to take care of the kids. Children tend to kill romance if you are not deliberate about maintaining the fire

10. Talking on the phone till late about heart matters if you two are far from each other. If all you talk about till late is s*x then you are missing out on depth

11. Writing each other love letters. Yes, there is something special about reading each other's handwriting in this digital age. Leave a note for your partner on the pillow or post a letter if your partner is far away

12. Making him a warm drink as he works or going to see him with packed lunch. This shows that you have him in mind

13. Sending a parcel. There is something special about opening up a physical gift from the one you love

14. Praising each other publicly, whether in front of your friends, on social media or in social gatherings. But do this only when you love your partner well in private, otherwise it is just pretense

15. Writing each other poems, love songs or warm messages of how much you mean to each other

16. Sitting next to each other in church services as you read from the same Bible

17. Talking with your child/children about how you two met. Children love those stories of mom and dad. This reminds you two of how far your love has come

18. Wishing each other a good night and a good morning. Simple words but they mean alot

19. Having pillow talks on your marriage bed as you cuddle and be vulnerable with each other

Remember that is your life partner. Do and say things that communicate love. If you two are dating and your coming together is because of s*x, then you are missing out on a chance to build on a strong foundation on which your future will be built.

If you two are married and you stopped making each other feel special especially since the children came, or the only time you pay attention to each other is when you want s*x then you are weakening your marriage.

Bring true romance back.

THE VOYAGE
By Professor Moyo Okediji

About 30 years ago, I slept at the Murtala Muhammed Airport for four days.
No, I was not a homeless vagabond.
I had bought the Nigeria Airways ticket to fly to the United States for a one-year sabbatical leave.
But when I arrived at the airport, I realized that my ticket was not honored, though I had bought it legitimately.
Whenever a plane was about to leave Lagos for New York, the NA officials posted a manifest list, and my name was not there.
They would ask me to wait for the next list.
This drama of “Your name is not yet listed, wait for the next manifest list” continued for four days.

I couldn’t leave the airport and return home because I lived in Ile Ife, and had bid my people goodbye for one year. They all expected I would be in NY already.
I was therefore forced to sleep by the door of the NA office at the airport, waiting for the release of the manifest list with my name on it.
I was not alone. There were hundreds of stranded passengers like me there—men, women, young, old, tall, short, thin fat—all sorts of people.

The Murtala Mohamed Airport was different then than what we have now.
There were no security officers. People drifted in and out in their hundreds. It was rowdy. There was no order of any sort. Food hawkers milled among the crowd of the stranded passengers like me, selling hot dogs, sandwiches, puff-puff, moin-moin, gala, meat pie, hamburgers, even rice and dodo.
People hawked sodas such as Cocacola, Fanta, Sprite and malt drinks.
The interior of the airport was packed like the Oyingbo market. There were also pickpockets and other fraudsters pulling fast tricks on unsuspecting victims.
I was hesitant to buy anything. I had changed all my naira to dollars at the rate of one dollar to three naira. But if I wanted to change my dollar back to naira, I could only collect one naira for my dollar at the airport, which would be a loss.

I was desperate when I got hungry. But someone was willing to give

Failures to appease some spirits before building houses has made most building to be abandoned,
spirits that lives or pass through most of the land we are building houses are not happy that some people start building without notifying them,
ewu foundation is a traditional sacrifice with He goat to appease some spiritual occupancies at the areas you want to build house .
Neglecting of Ewu foundation have cause most building house to be abandon through lack of money .
Some people have been told by some pastors and dibias that some one made some evil juju were they are building house not knowing that failure to appease those some spirits can cause evil to your project .
Remember that spirits lived before man .

You can not destroy the buildings made by nature to build yours without any proper sacrifice and go free.
Remember the spirits has build house and lived before us the man.

NSIBIDI: The code language before Python & Java.

The proto-writing system known as Nsibidi was created in what is now the far south of Nigeria. They are categorized as pictograms, despite claims that some of them are logograms or syllabograms.
Although there is no widely recognized date, experts claim that it has been used in Ekoi as far back as 400 CE. The earliest archaeological evidence for it is from the year 2000 B.C. The earliest archaeological evidence for it is from the year 2000 B.C.

Nsibidi was used to convey messages on houses as well as decorate objects like the skin, calabashes, sculptures, and clothing. The first mention of the symbol system was made in 1904.
An iconography that is "easily comparable" to nsibidi was discovered during the excavation of terracotta headrests, vessels, and figurines from the Calabar region of south south Nigeria, which dates to roughly the 5th to 15th centuries.

There are numerous nsibidi symbols available. Kids used to learn them in a school. Many of the signs refer to romantic relationships; those that refer to conflict & the sacred are kept a secret. Mostly used on calabashes, metals (such as bronze), leaves, swords, tattoos, & walls. It is primarily used by the secret Ekpe leopard society, also known as Ngbe or Egbo, which is widespread among the Ekoi, Efik, and Igbo people as well as the Bahumono and other local populations in Cross River State.

Nsibidi was divided into a sacred version and a public, more decorative version that women could use before the colonial era of Nigerian history. The number of nsibidi literate people was drastically reduced by aspects of colonial rule like Western education & Christian doctrine, leaving members of secret societies as some of the last literate in the symbols. The Ekpe symbolism was & is still communicated through nsibidi. Nearly a thousand symbols make up Nsibidi, which can be written on houses, in the air (as gestures), on the ground, on the skin (as tattoos), or on text

Chi and Onyeuwa are not the same. But they are interconnected, this is why we refer to ONYEUWA as Chi-Onyeuwa or simply Chi. Another name for Onyeụwa is Agụ̀. But Chi is Chi as I know.

While Onye ụwa is a reincarnate ancestor, Chi is a pure energy from the motherboard (God)that created this plane bearing all the qualities of the Creator.

While Onyeuwa can reincarnate two or more persons, Chi is only one, designed for a specific person and purpose. Thus the saying, " Otu nne na-amụ, mana otu Chi adịghị ekè"
But Chi ,due to the aged condition of the black race, must infuse into Onyeuwa to take flesh. Therefore to have direct access to your Chi you must recognize OnyeUwa.

Onyeuwa is just one of the doors you open to "see" your Chi, "Nwata nyopuo mmụọ, ọ fụ Chi ya".

Recognizing your Onyeuwa is not an end in itself but a means to an end, which is to connect with your CHI.

As a matter of fact all rituals are never an end in themselves, but means to an end, and that is to open the blocked channel to your CHI. The one who is able to become and sustain oneness with his Chi would transcend and have little or no need for any more rituals, he becomes a god and his body a temple. Ọkara mmụọ ọkara mmadụ. But also he becomes different. And in most cases alone but never lonely.

Attaining a union with your individual Chi is really the essence of everything. The ones who are not reincarnated by any ancestor but are born direct of their Chi are the most powerful, but they are impossible to find for their era has gone. Ọdịnanị is a journey. Stay focused.

One Interesting Fact about my parentage Religion “Christianity" is that it preaches Love but doesn't Accommodate Other Religion and has Fraction Among themselves by dint of many Compounded Doctrines.

Same goes with Islamic Religion which uses Violence to settle their flaws and Explore their Religious Ambition.

And I wish to know; Is it the religion we should impress or Humanity?

Are those religions more important than the people??

What's really so special about these Religions than the people???

What had these Religions Offered to humanity pour ne pas dire; ‘if not' Discrimination, Disintegration, Hate, Violence, Confusion and Self punishment.

Any Ideology with such Effect is of no benefit to the people, and shouldn't be accepted by the people.

While trying to please Your Religion Consider Humanity first.

What humanity lacks now is Unity, peace and understanding and that's what Religion had brought forth to humanity.

A good Initiative was supposed to be Improving humanity, settling differences and achieving long lasting Love, peace and understanding amongst Human.
