THE MEANING OF BIBLICAL THEOLOGY.
📖 Text: Luke 24:27

Biblical Theology is the study of GOD’S revelation throughout the Holy Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation.
It helps believers understand the unity of the Bible and GOD’S eternal plan of redemption through Jesus Christ.
Biblical Theology teaches that the Bible is not an ordinary book, but the inspired Word of GOD revealing His purpose for humanity.

BIBLICAL THEOLOGY IS CHRIST-CENTERED
Jesus Christ is the central message of the Scriptures.
The Old Testament points toward Christ through prophecies, sacrifices, and symbols, while the New Testament reveals Him as the fulfillment of GOD’S promise.
Luke 24:27 teaches that all Scriptures testify about Christ.

INTRODUCTION TO BIBLICAL THEOLOGY

Biblical Theology is the study of GOD’S revelation throughout the Holy Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. It helps believers understand the unity, message, purpose, and redemptive plan of GOD as revealed in the Bible.

The Bible is not merely a collection of stories or historical events; it is the inspired Word of GOD revealing His divine will for humanity through Jesus Christ. Biblical Theology therefore traces how GOD progressively revealed Himself through covenants, prophets, laws, promises, and ultimately through His Son, Jesus Christ.

The central focus of Biblical Theology is Christ. The Old Testament points toward Him, while the New Testament reveals His fulfillment of GOD’S eternal plan of salvation.
