I was contracted to inspect this beautiful building after the owner noticed traces of termite activity on the walls.

At first glance, everything looked perfect.

The house may be brand new, but if you move in without properly cleaning after construction, you may spend your first few nights fighting dust instead of enjoying your new home.

I remember seeing a newly completed house that looked absolutely beautiful from the outside.
