Dear School Owners,
Discipline is not shouting.
Discipline is structure.
When a school has: Clear rules
Consistent routines
Focused teachers
Even stubborn pupils adjust.
Build systems, not fear.

Dear School Owners,
Parents may not talk too much…
But they are observing everything.
If their child is not improving, they will quietly withdraw.
Build trust through results, attention, and communication.
That is how schools grow.

From my classroom experience 😄
One day, I asked a pupil to read a simple word.
The child kept quiet.
Another teacher said, “This one cannot read.”
I changed my approach and broke the word using phonics…
To my surprise, the child read it!
That day taught me something: Some children are not weak—they just need the right method.

School Mistake #1:
Hiring teachers without testing their teaching ability.
Speaking good English is not the same as teaching well.
Before you employ a teacher, let them teach.
It will save your school.

Dear School Owners,
A quiet classroom does not always mean learning is happening.
True learning happens when children:
Ask questions
Participate
Understand what they are taught
Build a strong learning culture, and your school will grow naturally.

Dear School Owners,
Your teachers are your greatest investment.
You can have a fine building, but if teaching is poor, parents will notice.
Train your teachers. Support them. Appreciate them.
A good teacher will grow your school faster than any advertisement.
