Hello friends you are welcome to a new month -MAY 2021 and we have our Librarian of the month. She is no other than Mrs. Nwanne Nwokeoma. 💃💃💃💃💃👏👏👏👏👏

Mrs. Nwokeoma is a serials librarian in the Centre for Learning Resources, Covenant University. She is one of the liaison librarians of the Department of Computer and Information Systems, Physics and Mathematics. The fact that she creates information access to enable research, is what she enjoys most about her job. She is also a librarian who is passionate about children's literacy and library work with children.

Away from work, Mrs. Nwokeoma enjoys traveling, reading stories to children, and reading books. Her best food is pounded yam and Nsala soup (Southern Nigerian Local Dish) which she prepares with every relish. Her goals for the next five years are to have her Ph.D. and run story hour time for children. Happy New Month friends. It is no April fool that we have Librarian of the month of April💃💃💃💃💃. Mrs. Orighomisan Victoria is a Faculty and Librarian at the Centre for Learning Resources (CLR). She pioneered the library community development service of the CLR and works in the cataloging unit of the library. She is one of the liaison librarians in the Department of Psychology, Political Science, and International relations. She enjoys meeting the information needs of library clientele. She likes meeting people, helping them solve their information challenges because one of her beliefs is that what becomes of anyone, is a result of the books he/she reads or the people they know.

Away from work, Mrs. Itsekor enjoys surfing the internet, meeting with and chatting with family and friends. Her best food is fresh fish and chicken Banga soup with starch served with palm wine or wine.

Her goals for the next five years are to get her Ph.D., get into the book business, and have a school. The favourite piece of advice that she has received in life and would like to share is 'Keep moving and don't stop. Progress, advance and follow your dreams. Hello friends, it is a new month👏👏👏👏 Welcome to the month of March where God will cause you to march gloriously into your unlimited greatness in Jesus Name.

Our Librarian for the month of March 2021 is none other than this hardworking wife, mother, and entrepreneur who loves meeting people, travelling, writing, reading and shopping😁 She is Mrs Oyeronke Adebayo💃💃💃💃💃

Mrs Adebayo, is a professional librarian in the technical services division of the Centre for Learning Resources (CLR). She catalogs and classifies all library resources. She is the liaison librarian for the College of Science and Technology which includes these departments: Physics, Chemistry, Management Information Science(MIS), and Mathematics. Due to the nature of her area of specialization, she has had the opportunity of knowing a little bit of every discipline.

Away from work, Mrs Oyeronke Adebayo is a homely person who loves being with her family. She watches the T.V programs with her family, goes window shopping both online and offline. Her best food is amala with gbegiri soup which she knows how to prepare very well.

Her goals for the next five years, is to actualize her dream of obtaining her PhD. and getting ahead in her career. This year's 2021 World Read Aloud Day comes up on February 3, 2021. We will be visiting a school in our community where we will read to the pupils and have them also read in return.

Congratulations you made it to the year 2021 and here we are saying to you all, WELCOME once again to our page. 👏👏👏👏👏

To begin the year 2021, our Librarian for the month of January 2021 is Mrs. Chijioke Michael-Onuoha (CMO) 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃 popularly called Metti by her colleagues due to her being meticulous in all her activities. Mrs. Michael-Onuoha Chijioke is a librarian in the Technical Services Division of the Centre for Learning Resources, Covenant University, Ota.

She is one librarian who is tech-savvy and would pass for an embedded Librarian as she loves to engage most of her library services online. She is a guru in the classification of library materials and does fare pretty well in the cataloging of same. She is a liaison Librarian of the College of Leadership and Developmental Studies; Department of Political Science and International Relations,, Psychology, Languages and General Studies, and the Department of Leadership Studies.

CMO outside of her profession has a passion for students' welfare and as such the university chose her as the library Faculty representative in the Student Support Program Committee as well as the Quality Assurance and Control Committee.

Away from work, CMO enjoys engaging in decorations, handcrafs, bonding with her family, and doting on her hardworking, handsome husband-Dr. Mike. Her goal for the next five years is to complete her Ph.D. program, fly the oceans, and embrace the many grand opportunities at her beck and call to become one of the best professional Librarians the world ever got.

Her favorite piece of advice she will like to share is ''Empty your good self before you are called home. Do not enrich the grave with all that could have been given for posterity to thrive. Whatever you do here on earth, live life at its fullest and to the glory of your maker''
