WORDSMITH CHALLENGE 2025

What an exciting and inspiring day (13th November 2025) at Destlove Montessori Schools International as our brilliant learners took the stage in the Wordsmith Challenge

From confidently spelling challenging words to showcasing calmness under pressure, our young scholars proved that learning truly is an adventure. Their enthusiasm, courage, and intellectual curiosity lit up the entire event!

This challenge was more than a competition—
✔️ It strengthened vocabulary
✔️ Built self-confidence
✔️ Improved public speaking skills
✔️ Encouraged healthy competition
✔️ Inspired a love for reading and language

In commemoration of the International Day of the Girl Child, celebrated on October 11th, we took a meaningful journey through history with a visit to the Badagry Slave Trade Monument. Stepping back in time reminded us of the profound value of freedom and the resilience of those who came before us.

At Destlove, we are intentional about learning, growth, and creating impactful experiences. Our visit reflects our commitment to understanding the past as we empower the girls of today.

✨ At Destlove, we believe every great beginning deserves to be rooted in gratitude. That’s why we opened this new session and first week of resumption by celebrating the heartbeat of our school; our parents.

From honoring all parents on Day 1, to marking our 12th anniversary and our Proprietress’ birthday on Day 2, to appreciating parents who have shown sacrifice, longevity, and consistency on Days 3–5. Each celebration reminds us that the story of Destlove is incomplete without the love and trust of our families.

With Destlove, we don’t just educate children we build a community where parents, staff, and learners journey together. 💙
