AMIA is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative and Finance Officer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day school administration tasks, including record-keeping and office management.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including managing school budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Support the Principal in the development and monitoring of financial policies.
• Handle student admissions, records, and communications with parents/guardians.
• Manage office supplies, school inventories, and coordinate procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and school policies.
• Assist with organizing school events and activities.
• Provide general administrative support to staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of an HND/Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and financial roles, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Proven knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
