Dr. Daniel Oluwole Bamgbose, Director of New Wave Educational Consult has assured all parents, guardians and prospective candidates that admission into all its programmes is still on-going. It will be recalled that the Institution has adopted and leveraged on the use of technology to ensure continuous delivery of highly qualitative and interactive teaching and learning engagements with students since the beginning of the pandemic. Dr. Bamgbose, while addressing some journalists recently announced that Covid-19 has provided opportunity for innovation and as a leading institution in Osun State, New Wave will continue to evolve innovative strategies that will productively engage with students during and beyond the pandemic.

Dr. Bamgbose has also announced that in view of the on-going pandemic, admission forms cannot be accessed free of charge.

CAILS-KWASU FOUNDATION DIPLOMA PROGRAMME

With our partnership with CAILS-KWASU, Kwara State University, New Wave Educational Consult, Osogbo has been approved as an accredited centre for the Diploma Programme of the University. The Diploma Programme enables successful student to gain admission into Kwara State University or any other Universities of a candidate’s choice into 200 level without having to undergo JAMB/UTME Examination again. Conducted within a period of nine (9) months, our first sets of students for this programme recorded 98% success rate. They are all admitted into Universities studying course of their choices.

The advantages of running the Diploma Programme are as follows:

Successful applicants will be offered admission into 200 level;Our graduates need not write any examination again to enter 200 level in any Nigerian University;Result of the Diploma Programme is acceptable for admission both within and outside NigeriaThe Diploma Certificate is a Certificate that can stand on its ownUnlike JAMB whose result expires in two years, the Diploma Certificate does NOT expire at all.Employers accept Diploma Certificate for job placement

INTERIM JOINT MATRICUTION BOARD (IJMB) PROGRAMME

We offer tutorials for those willing to write the Interim Joint Matriculation Board Exam (IJMB). IJMB is a year programme that when completed, will offer opportunity for successful applicants to secure admission into 200 level at Universities in Nigeria without having to write JAMB/UTME. Our Institution with the calibre of its experiences, highly motivated and very committed staff will assist candidates in the preparation for this examination.

HND TOP UP PROGRAMME TO B.Sc.

The discrimination against holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificates in Nigeria still persists. However, with our partnership with University of South Africa (UNISA), holders of HND can now have an upgrade of the HND to BSc to be awarded by UNISA, South Africa. With this partnership, HND programmes are assured of:

B.Sc. Degree from one of the best Universities in Africa.Double Certificates as they will be awarded a new B.Sc. Degree while they still retain their original HND Certificate.An end to the discrimination to HND holders.
