PROCESS

1. Weigh out all your ingredients in different stainless steel bowls or glass beakers.
2. Add allantoin powder to the distilled water and mix properly till dissolved.
3. Dissolve Hyaluronic Acid in Glycerin and ensure it is thoroughly dissolved.
4. Add the dissolved hyaluronic acid mix to the Distilled water mix. Stir properly.
5. Add all the oil phase ingredients into a heat proof beaker or stainless steel bowl and cover both oil phase and water phase with aluminum foil.
6. Get a pot and add some water into it. Put it on low heat.
7. Place the 2 containers in the pot and till the oil phase dissolves. Make sure the heat is very low.
8. Once the oil phase dissolves, take both out of the water bath and add the oil phase into the water phase.
9. Stick blend for a few minutes till emulsion if formed.
10. Allow the emulsion to cool to 40°C
11. Once cooled, add cool down phase ingredients one after the Other and mix with a mixer or whisk to combine.
12. Package in an attractive jar.
