INTRODUCTION: JimmieLovell Institute of Biblical Studies (JIMLIBS) is and will be established in Oruko Town, Urue Offong Oruko LGA Akwa Ibom State South South Nigeria, West Africa..

The Oro Nation has the human population of over 1.5, Million and the entire South East District with more than 4millions people with great land mass and economics resources but without Bible Training Institute affiliated with church of Christ.

The entire Senatorial District has more than 120congregations,only 2congregations have ordained elders and deacons with membership strength of 200-350 members..

3.CIRCUMSTANTIAL CHALLENGES: There are over 300 villages/Communities without a Congregation of church of Christ planted.It is sadful that Pentecostals and orthodox denominational churches have taken Over with little no present of church of Christ.

Congregations and individual members are facing so many challenges, thus,there is a great need to having a Preaching school to help have more trained, qualified gospel preachers, Bible teachers and training of leaders of the church for the expansion God's kingdom and preaching ministries.

The world is desperately in the need of the Gospel,the world id getting bigger with more than 7Billion souls today,the church also desperately need more Preachers, teachers, workers to spread the good news that Jesus Christ is the way to heaven John14:6.
