Success doesn't come from last-minute studying.

Help your child:
1. Study a little every day.
2. Sleep well.
3. Revise regularly.
4. Eat balanced meals.
5. Take short study breaks.

Consistency beats cramming every time.

What's your family's favourite study habit?

Curious children grow up to be lifelong learners who aren't afraid to think for themselves.

The best part? You don't need a massive budget to spark that wonder, you can do it right at home by making a few intentional shifts.

1. Welcome the endless "Why?": It can be exhausting when they ask a million questions, but answering them (or figuring it out together) shows them that their thoughts matter.

2. Explore your surroundings: You don’t have to travel far. A walk around the neighborhood to look at plants, insects, or how things work is a great science lesson.

3. Read together daily: Even if it’s just one story before bed or looking at a picture book, it opens up worlds they've never seen.

4. Do simple kitchen experiments: Let them see what happens when you mix baking powder with water, or watch how dough rises.

5. Keep learning active: Encourage them to build, dismantle (safely!), and figure out how things work with their hands.

When we encourage them to ask questions today, we are raising the innovators of tomorrow.

What is the funniest or most unexpected question your child has ever asked you?

The way we praise our kids shapes how they see themselves.

When we say things like "You're so smart," it can actually make them afraid of making mistakes.

Next time you want to cheer them on, try shifting the focus from the result to the effort:

Instead of: "Omo mi, you are too brilliant! Head of the class as usual."

Try: "I saw how hard you studied for this exam, even when you were tired. I'm so proud of your effort."

By praising their grit instead of just their talent, we teach them that resilience is a superpower.

It gives them the confidence to tackle hard things without the fear of failing.

When students learn to manage their time, life gets a whole lot less stressful for everyone.

It doesn’t take a massive lifestyle overhaul, just a few small, daily habits that set them up for the future.

Try introducing these simple routines:
1. Sketch a quick daily plan so they know what’s coming.
2. Get homework done first so they can truly relax and play.
3. Pack school bags the night before to dodge morning chaos.
4. Clear away distractions to help them focus and finish faster.

Small habits create lifelong success. Which one are you trying out this week?

A child who says, "I can't do it," can learn to say, "I can't do it... yet."

Teaching children to embrace challenges helps them become confident learners who don't give up easily.

Praise effort more than perfection.

Encourage your child today with the word "yet."
