What are your experiences with pregnancy and tips that made it easier.

Pregnant women should be pampered and taken care of by the entire community, in as much as husbands are required to care for pregnant women, l believe society or community should also be involved, we must organise the community in such a way that no pregnant women should be at risk.

Little things like supporting them, making space for them when they entered a vehicle, helping them carry loads, smiling at them when they pass, and sometimes give them free gifts.

Close friends and family should never hesitate to ask them how they are feeling, and always reach out to them, massage their feets always, and bless them.

Soaking your feet in warm water after a stressful day helps calms the nervous system, it is also a form of self care and love.

Apply moisturizer to the feet before going to bed and thank it for carry your body through out the day .

Even today in our world there are still many who considers menstruations a taboo, isolating the girls during menstruations and calling them impure and capable of bringing bad luck.

In Nepal menstruating girls are not allowed to touch milk or fruit for it will go bad, they are not allowed in religious gatherings for they will defile the holy place.

Around the world culture treat menstruations like something so bad and evil it doesn't have to exist thereby calling the creator a fool.
