*Very often, we see potential in other people that they haven’t see in themselves. When you speak vision into them, when you tell them what they can become, you can help set the direction for their Life. Your words have the power to push people into their divine destiny. I believe that the reason some people are not living at their full potential is because no one has ever spoken faith into them. No one has taken the time to say, “Hey, you’re great at this. You have a gift here. You’re going to do something amazing!” I believe that one of our assignments in Life is to call out the seeds of greatness in other people. Look around at who GOD has placed in your life. They’re not there by accident. Take time to study them. See what they’re good at. What are their gifts? What do they excel at? Don’t just think about it, speak vision into them. Tell them what they can become. Let your encouragement ignite the greatness on the inside. Help them rise up in confidence so they can be all GOD has called them to be!*

*In 2 Kings 11, after the death of King Ahaziah, his infant son, Joash, was hidden away by his aunt for six years when Joash's grandmother, Athaliah, killed all the other royal heirs to the throne. Athaliah reigned over Judah with great wickedness for those six years, while Jehoiada the priest plotted her eventual overthrow and prepared the way for Joash to become the king. As king, Joash repaired the temple and restored the true worship to Jehovah.*

*There are seasons when GOD has you hidden. You're in a time of Protection, of Preparation, of Training. GOD is getting you ready for what He has in store. If you keep doing the right thing, you'll come into a time where GOD will cause you to be seen. Promotion doesn't come from people; it comes from the LORD. When it's your time, no person, no bad break, and no injustice can stop you. Just as GOD hid you, He will bring you out, shine His Light on you, and bring Favour, Increase, and Promotion like you've never dreamed.*

*Too often we base our value on how someone is treating us, how successful we are, how perfect a life we’ve lived. We base it on what we do, what our income is, who we know. The problem is that all those things can change. If you’re trying to get your value from how people treat you, then if they hurt or disappoint you, you’re going to feel devalued. If you’re basing your value upon your achievements, then if something negative happens, your sense of value will go down.*

*Your Value should be based solely on the fact that you are a child of the Most High GOD. You have royalty in your blood. How someone treats you doesn’t change your value. Nothing you ever do, nothing you ever achieve, and nothing you ever overcome will make you any more valuable. You are Valuable right now. You have been fearfully and wonderfully made. GOD calls you a Masterpiece. Start carrying yourself with Confidence.*

*The disciples were professional fishermen, but they had fished all night and caught nothing. When we're not seeing things happen as we expect, it's easy to feel frustrated and discouraged. But GOD still has all the fish that belong to you. You tried all night, so to speak. It's been months, or even years, and you haven't seen good breaks, promotion, things turning around. Don't worry, because your fish are being stored up. JESUS told His disciples to let their nets into the deep one more time, which means the fish were that close. You don't have to do something drastically different. GOD is going to bless you where you are. He's going to cause the fish to find you - not a few fish, but a great haul of fish. You may be in a dry season; things are not changing. GOD sees your faithfulness.*

*He hasn't forgotten about you. He's going to make up for what hasn't happened. As with those disciples, boatloads of prepared blessings are coming your way. Just let down your net.*

Father, thank You that You are the GOD who spoke worlds into existence, and You know how to bring net-breaking blessings to my net. Help me to start taking steps of faith that open the door to Your Favour. I'm going to keep believing Your Word and letting down my net. In *JESUS*' Name, Amen.

And the *LORD* said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.

*GOD reduced Gideon’s army to just three hundred men when they were facing an army of a 135,000 Midianites. I can hear Gideon saying, “GOD, this is impossible.” GOD puts you in situations that are way over your head to see if you’ll trust Him and so He can show out in your life. GOD told Gideon, “I know you’re outnumbered, but you will defeat them as easily as if you were fighting one man.” When Gideon attacked in the night, the enemy got confused and they ended up destroying one another. Gideon didn’t even have to fight. They never even broke a sweat.*

*There’s something called a “no sweat anointing.” That’s when you’re up against a challenge that’s much bigger than you can handle, but you don’t have to make it happen. You just stay in Faith and GOD does it for you. The sickness seems stronger, the addiction seems permanent, the people against you are more powerful. GOD is saying, “I will be with you. You’re going to defeat them like you’re fighting one man.”*

*We celebrate Good Friday each year, but on the day when JESUS was crucified, the disciples thought it was the worst day of their lives. “Tragic Friday” would have been their description. The One whom they had devoted their lives to was dead and buried in a tomb. But a few days later, when JESUS rose from the dead, they realized that He was who He’d said He was. He had defeated the enemy and brought salvation to mankind. What they’d thought was the worst day of their lives became the best.*

*We all face times when a dream dies, a relationship ends, we come down with an illness - nothing about the situation seems good. It may not be good right now, but GOD knows how to bring it all together. You may think it is going to stop you, set you back, and cause you heartache. If you’ll stay in Faith, one day you’ll look back and say it was good.*

*GOD told the Prophet Jonah to go to the city of Nineveh and tell them to repent, but he disobeyed. He ended up at sea in the middle of a huge storm, was thrown overboard, then was swallowed by a big Fish. Even when we make mistakes, even when we bring trouble on ourselves, GOD is Merciful to provide a Way of escape. Jonah was dying inside that fish when Scripture says he remembered the LORD. He was saying, in effect, “I was just about done when I remembered who I am.” He started thanking GOD in a situation that looked impossible, and GOD caused the fish to spit him up on dry ground and gave him a second chance.*

*You may have made mistakes, but that’s not who you are, that’s what you did. You are still a child of the Most High GOD. You are Forgiven, Redeemed, Restored, Called, Equipped, Chosen, and Anointed. Nothing you’ve done has changed who you are. Trust Him, and He will get you to where You’re supposed to be.*

Father, thank You that when I make a mistake and bring trouble upon myself, You cover me with mercy and give me second chances. Help me to remember You and that I am still Your child when I mess up. I believe You will get me to where I’m supposed to be. In *JESUS* ’ Name, Amen.
